Again, I Voted For Trump. But not for the following: It is a somber and grievous moment in the history of the American republic when our highest leaders, military influencers, and executive spokespersons take to the airwaves and social media to gaslight the public, twist legal definitions, and boldly claim that obvious breaches of national security are not what they plainly are.
Following the surfacing of a Signal group chat titled "#HouthiPCSmallGroup", Americans were exposed to screenshots showing senior officials and close advisors to the President @realDonaldTrump, including @VP@JDVance, Pete Hegseth, Michael Waltz, and others, openly discussing ongoing military strikes, targeting timelines, CENTCOM operations, weapon systems, and results of lethal force. These exchanges are not just embarrassing; they are potentially illegal, and what's worse, they are being collectively denied, dismissed, and whitewashed before the entire nation.
Let us now dismantle this shameful moment, line by line, law by law, and truth by truth.
What Was Leaked?
The Signal chat images (chats 1 through 17) showed:
-Members identifying confirmed positive IDs on targets.
-Discussions of building collapses.
-Updates on CENTCOM operations.
-Timing of attacks and ongoing operations.
-Celebratory emojis and language from Waltz, JD Vance, Hegseth, and others.
These messages were leaked to the public via a #Signal group that included a journalist from #TheAtlantic, allegedly added either by mistake or deception. The administration has since tried to reframe the leak as non-classified or harmless, but federal law and precedent paint a very different picture.
The Law: What Constitutes Classified Information and War Plans?
1. Executive Order 13526 (signed by President Obama, Used By Trump 1st term, still in effect):
This defines what information is classified:
"Information may be classified if its unauthorized disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause damage to the national security."
The Order further specifies:
Military plans, weapons systems, and operations fall under automatic classification authority.
Any dissemination of such information without proper clearance, or through unclassified apps like Signal, is a violation of national security law.
2. The Espionage Act (18 U.S. Code §7931):
This federal law criminalizes:
“Gathering, transmitting, or losing defense information with intent or reason to believe it could be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation.”
Even if there was no espionage intent, gross negligence in handling war plans can still constitute a felony under 793(f).
3. Relevant Case Law
United States v. John Kiriakou
CIA officer convicted in 2012 for revealing classified information to a journalist, including identities of covert officers. No war plans were leaked—only names. (I get the CIA employee mentioned in the current chat was only Ratcliff's assistant and not under cover."
Yet Kiriakou was prosecuted.
United States v. Daniel Hale
Drone whistleblower convicted under the Espionage Act in 2021 for revealing targeting procedures.
He didn't expose live operations, but was still imprisoned.
The chat messages from Hegseth, Waltz, and others go far beyond what either Hale or @JohnKiriakou did.
Why #Hegseth, #Waltz, and the White House Are Gaslighting America
Pete Hegseth:
The current Secretary of Defense (under Trump’s second term) used a White House press briefing and public remarks to declare:
"There was no classified information."
But under Executive Order 13526, any mention of operational timing, weapons use, CENTCOM activity, and results of active targeting constitutes classified military planning. The fact that these operations were ongoing at the time makes it worse, not better.
Michael Waltz:
Rep. Waltz attempted damage control in multiple interviews, including one with Laura Ingraham, allegedly stating:
"We made a mistake adding a reporter, but nothing was classified." "We were moving fast at Trump speed."
He then blamed a nameless staffer, only to take "full responsibility" minutes later. This cognitive dissonance is what gaslighting is made of.
White House Press Secretary:
I love our current white house press secretary as I do the Trump Cabinet. That doesn't mean The Lord Jesus Christ expects me not to call out sin. If I am a dumb dog who refuses to bark and warn the people, then I SIN against God and my calling as one of His watchman. Please see Isaiah 56:10. In a deeply troubling 30-45 minute press conference, the Trump administration's Press Secretary repeated, almost verbatim, the legal fallacies put forth by Waltz and Hegseth:
"These conversations involved no classified information." "They were just high-level strategic updates." "The President fully supports the team and this was not a breach."
She then pivoted to attack The Atlantic for being biased, rather than address the national security implications. No doubt Waltz's phone could have been hacked, but that needs to be investigated first and there should have been NO COMMENT Pending INVESTIGATION! TELL THE MEDIA TOO BAD, WAAAAAIT! Whitehouse counsel should be fired for letting Trump speak on this prior to a full investigation, FIRED!!!
What About #Accountability?
Sadly, here is where the legal architecture fails.
-The JAG Corps (military lawyers) cannot prosecute civilians like Pete Hegseth unless they are active-duty service members, which he is not.
-#Congress cannot directly prosecute anyone.
-State prosecutors cannot bring charges under federal law.
Only the Department of Justice can prosecute these federal crimes, and unfortunately, the current AGPamBondi, is a known Trump loyalist. Bondi, once the Florida AG, has been elevated under this administration to U.S. Attorney General and is unlikely to bring charges against her own circle.
Similarly, the new @FBIDirectorKash, has a long track record of loyalty to Trump and was placed there precisely for moments like this — to stop internal threats and whistleblowers from blowing open cases like this one. But he, and myself, and many others never expected the two biggest warhawks in the administration to bring down the entire national security circle! @SusieWiles that is exactly what is happening and why I said Waltz must go and now Pete. People, I gave Pete a shot but he's too young, not temperate and measured enough. It's NOT the end of the world to replace Waltz and Hegseth with Professor Jeffery Sachs and @DougAMacgregor.
Statute of Limitations?
Under the Espionage Act, prosecution is generally within 10 years, though this can vary.
If the Democrats win in 2028 and gain control of the DOJ again, they could still prosecute, and you best believe they will which is exactly why it should be addressed now, which with plea deals will be far less harsh than when a democratic DOJ get's in place. If you don't address this, the public trust damage may be irreversible.
Scripture on Deceit, Corruption, and Leadership

"Woe to those who make unjust laws, to those who issue oppressive decrees."

"Her leaders judge for a bribe, her priests teach for a price, and her prophets tell fortunes for money. Yet they look for the Lord's support and say, 'Is not the Lord among us?' No disaster will come upon us."
This is precisely what we are witnessing. A ruling class convinced that they are untouchable. A leadership that brags about their power while violating the ten commandments of our God and the sacred trust of the American people. "Thou Shalt Not Lie" Is the 9th Commandment and every one of you denying this was classified information is violating God's commandment. He will bring judgement on this administration that no man can take credit for and I am trying to stop that. You don't understand, we are too late in the dispensation, God's anger is growing too hot. I know this God and and I am trying to save you all. He will allow another blunder or scandal if you don't repent and fix this, please I am begging you not to bring a curse on our country, I love you all and Our country.
Conclusion: Will They Get Away With It Legally?
Possibly Yes, they probably will but likely only for the next 4 years. Not because they are innocent, but because the justice system, at least for now, is compromised at the top. With Bondi at DOJ and Patel at FBI, two people I never imagined would be in this position, and Trump believing all is well, there will be no internal reckoning.
But that does not mean history won’t record this shame. That does not mean voters won’t remember in the midterms and in 2028. That does not mean God won't judge. @VP brother you need to pleeease step up. You talk about saying a prayer? You need to put your foot down and convince the president to do some house cleaning, to do the right thing. WHERE IS YOUR conscience? All of you, please, get in your prayer closets get on your faces and weep and cry out to Jesus for help and courage to do the right thing. Simply emerge and prepare a statement: "After further evaluation and careful consideration, we've decided to part ways with Mike Waltz and Pete Hegseth. We love them both but we have to let them go and we wish them Gods speed but this must be done.". Then you move on. If not you are NEVER GOING TO HEAR THE END OF THIS. Understand when your enemy has you cornered and do what must be legally done to take the air out from underneath your enemies parachute. We must not give the devi a foothold. Ephesians 4:27
This is a sad day for the Trump administration, and perhaps the beginning of the unraveling of its moral credibility. JD Vance’s 2028 chances may now be permanently tainted by his enthusiastic "Excellent" response to a deadly military operation discussed in a casual Signal chat. JD Vance should have reigned them ALL In and said look we are making a mistake I cannot sign off on this and let's go silent until we can get back in the sit room. PERIOD! LEAD CHUCK LEAD!!!
They may dodge the law today. But they will not dodge history, the American voter, or the justice of God.
Ezekiel 8:12 - "Have you seen what the elders of Israel are doing in the darkness...? They say, 'The Lord does not see us.'"
He sees.
Nothing in this post is meant to be any kind of physical threat from myself but only a spiritual teaching, stern and harsh perhaps but only because I love all of you so much and cannot stay silent while you bring God's correction on yourselves and our country. God's prophets like Nathan were always responsible for spiritually correcting and guiding God's leadership. Please, making public false statements is NOT how you fall on your sword for our commander in Chief. VP JD Vance and the white house counsel, you fall on your sword for our president behind closed doors by standing up to him in love and loyalty and saying Please Mr. President I cannot let you speak in this cabinet press briefing on the matter. If he insists you insist back and say Please i cannot stay on in this position as it's malpractice on the part of white house counsel to not advise you to remain silent pending and investigation. That is how you give your all for your president and our country behind closed doors, even if you have to have it out with him to wake him up! Stop suffering from Groupthink and being a bunch of YESMEN!
Please, Mike Waltz you can redeem yourself if you step down for the country, you can save this administration. If He won't and Pete won't, then @DNIGabbard please. It falls on you to get the ball rolling. If these supposed Christians won't honor our Lord and Savior then let the principles of the Hindu faith guide someone else to do the right thing. We can all see the hurt and pain on your face because you HAVE a conscience and we hurt for you, but you will sleep better at night knowing that since no one else would step up, you stepped up and resigned and that is admirable and honorable and your reputation will be honored.
