While I cannot give legal advice and all interested parties should seek their own legal counsel, as a citizen of the United States whose life is being put in danger by incompetence, and a reckless disregard for, inter alia, the safety of American citizens, and as a 30-year section 1983 and Bivens scholar, it has seemed clear to me that President-elect @realDonaldTrump should research a RICO case against the deep state and President Biden. Sure, there are all kinds of immunity issues and hurdles to overcome, but not to seek an injunction. We have to start somewhere if we are going to expose the country pillaging and war trafficking schemes that were just furthered by President Biden's predicate act recently by ordering Ukraine and NATO to use long-range missiles against Russia. They are well aware it's a red line for Russia but they provoke the bear anyway hoping for World War III so they can stay in power. At a minimum, I would move for an injunction against President Biden based on dementia and incompetence. Put him on the stand and force him to testify about why he canceled his re-election campaign. He cited his advanced age. The whole country, including his own party saw it during the debate. Subpoena those who claimed there was too much dementia setting in to be held accountable for his own classified document retention debacle. If he's not mentally fit to be held accountable and answer for illegally retaining classified documents, and being classified as an elderly man with poor memory in the classified doc report, how is he even fit to run the country right now and bring over 300 million people to the brink of WWIII with Russia? If I were Trump, I'd be asking my lawyers whether there's enough evidence to move for an injunction against Biden because he is not mentally fit to lead this country. Biden has obviously "Forgotten the dangers" of approving long range missile use against a nuclear power. In the meantime, please see my latest song called war trafficking and understand that this racketeering due to fabricating and manufacturing erroneous reasons to go to war and kill hundreds of thousands of people for profit has got to stop. The only thing necessary for evil to prevail is for righteous people to do nothing.
