Why do American conservatives sometimes have less freedom to criticize the Israeli government than Israelis themselves?

The backlash was swift and brutal. Donors attacked his character. Pro-Israel allies texted him that he was “no longer with us.” And Kirk himself admitted publicly: the pressure was relentless, and he felt cornered. Days later, he was shot in the neck at Utah Valley University—a precision kill. Just watch his interviews with Megyn Kelly and PBD.

Charlie Kirk’s Break with Israel: A Timeline of Shifts

He openly defended investigating Epstein’s Mossad ties, even when smeared for it.
He resisted Netanyahu’s alleged attempts to funnel Zionist money into TPUSA, reportedly calling it an effort to cower him.
He allegedly urged Trump not to bomb Iran “on Israel’s behalf.”
He hosted debates that included sharp critics of Israel like Dave Smith and Tucker Carlson, and now Megyn Kelly, who even named Mossad—prompting attacks from allies calling him “Hamas’s pawn.”
He told Megyn Kelly, “It’s really weird I sometimes have less ability to criticize Israel than Israelis themselves.”
He stunned Ben Shapiro with questions about whether it was time to question the media reporting on Israel and whether or not they are committing Genocide.

This transformation—from defender to cautious skeptic—was noticed. According to Candace Owens, Kirk was under “a lot of pressure” and some actors wanted him to “lose everything.”

Mossad Tradecraft: What John Kiriakou Told Us

Former CIA officer John Kiriakou laid out Mossad’s ruthless history:

Killing a man in a Dubai hotel room, locking the door from inside so investigators couldn’t explain it.
Deploying a 26-person hit squad under the world’s most sophisticated CCTV system.
Assassinating Iranian nuclear scientists, wiping out entire families, even decapitating Hezbollah in Lebanon.
Recruiting assets only to burn them later—sacrificing pawns to advance Israel’s survival.
Spying on the U.S. even after Pollard, bugging presidents and trying to recruit inside defense contractors.

Classic “Diversion Pattern”?

Does the presence of George Zinn, arrested after Kirk was shot for obstruction look eerily like intelligence tradecraft that John Kiriakou described:

Use a noisy, confusing figure as a distraction pawn or patsy.
Let the public (and media) focus on him.
Meanwhile, the real operation goes on unseen.

Kim Iversen pointed to the math of it: the chance of one man being tied to 9/11, the Boston era threat case, and the Kirk assassination scene is astronomical. If not organic, then it’s stage-managed.

Let’s break it down carefully. We’re talking about one individual — George Zinn — who:

Was present at 9/11 in NYC and gave interviews as a witness.
Was later arrested in 2013 for sending a “joke” bomb threat email to the Salt Lake City Marathon (shortly after the Boston bombing).
Was detained at the scene of Charlie Kirk’s assassination in 2025.

Each of those alone could be chalked up to coincidence. But what are the odds that all three line up for the same man?

Step 1: Probability of Being a Public 9/11 Witness

Roughly 500,000–1,000,000 people were in Lower Manhattan that morning. Out of 330 million Americans, the chance of a random person being both there and visible enough to be quoted/interviewed is maybe 1 in 1,000 for the general population.

Step 2: Probability of Being Arrested in a Terror-Linked Incident

FBI stats: about 150 federal terrorism-related arrests per year in the 2010s. Out of 320 million Americans, that’s ~1 in 2 million in a given year. Spread across a decade, maybe 1 in 200,000 odds for any given person to be caught up in something like Zinn’s “joke” email charge.

Step 3: Probability of Being Detained at a Political Assassination Scene

The odds of being physically present at the site of a major political assassination are tiny. For perspective:

Kirk’s event had ~3,000 attendees.

U.S. adult population ~260 million.

So the odds of a random American being in that exact crowd are about 1 in 100,000.

Step 4: Multiply Them Together

1/1,000 (9/11 witness)

× 1/200,000 (terror-related arrest)

× 1/100,000 (present at Kirk assassination scene)

= 1 in 20,000,000,000,000 (1 in 20 trillion).

Even if we relax the numbers by a factor of 1,000, it’s still about 1 in 20 billion.

Kim Iversen’s description is fair: the odds of George Zinn organically popping up in all three contexts are astronomical.

Put bluntly: Does George Zinn look less like a random oddball and more like a decoy engineered to pull focus?

Kiriakou’s words are chilling: “I’ve never had a positive encounter with Mossad. They don’t give two shts what you think. They care only about Israel.”* If Mossad would decapitate Hezbollah, infiltrate Dubai, and wiretap the White House, why would a political figure like Kirk—suddenly a liability—not be at risk?

The Shooter, the Patsy, and the Affidavit’s Contradictions

The probable cause affidavit describes a suspect, Tyler Robinson, but it leaves glaring gaps:

The limp: Robinson limped heavily, supposedly from hiding a 44-inch Mauser in his pants. Yet he pulled a phone from the same pocket with no visible bulge from a 44 inch rifle with a scope in his pants and the limp vanished on the roof before the shot as he supposedly ran to take the shot? If the camera could see that his limp was gone is that implying that he took the rifle out and if so wouldn’t the camera pick up the rifle in his hands?.
The wall climb: He scaled a wall with no rifle visible. Was he supposed to have scaled that wall with the rifle down his pants and the camera not pick up on any awkwardness? Cameras captured shoelaces, logos, and gaits, yet never the rifle?
The “dark item”: After the shot, Robinson placed an unidentified dark item on the roof and fled. What was it? Not identified as a rifle?
The “unidentified object”: He carried something across Campus Drive, but the affidavit never calls it a rifle?
The towel-wrapped rifle: Found later in the woods. But the chain of custody never links Robinson’s hands to that gun. Even if it did, was Robinson a decoy who was simply supposed to play a role like in the movie “Shooter”, and perhaps simply leave the rifle in the bushes and run on the roof after to be a distraction like Zinn?
The engraved casings: Found with the rifle, inscribed with gamer memes and taunts, but no video shows him firing. Where is the update on Ballistics? Where’s the bullet, on it’s way to Quantico?

I cannot give legal advice but in my personal opinion a halfway decent lawyer, ok maybe even the worst lawyer to graduate from law school, can and will BBQ the living daylights out of these glaring inconsistencies. Even Discord denies the planning messages attributed to Robinson in the affidavit were made on the discord server, a glaring contradiction , that is if the so called affidavit is legit. The state asks the public to fill in gaps with assumptions. This is fertile ground for theories of a planted rifle, a decoy patsy, or an infiltrated cell. Have we forgotten the abomination of planted evidence by the FBI in the New Orleans Truck Terror attack suspects house? People, information travels too fast and MILLIONS and I mean MILLIONS of people are AAALLL over the internet NOT BUYING THIS STUFF. Has someone OVERPLAYED THEIR HAND?

The Trans Cell Narrative: Convenient Diversion?

Media quickly pushed the idea that a “trans terror cell” groomed Robinson? Really, Don’t you mean that Mossad groomed the Trans cell who groomed Robinson? Because that’s what soo many comments are saying I can’t keep up with it all, its everywhere. Don’t take my word for it, search it up. Online posts celebrated Kirk’s death. Friends of his alleged transgender boyfriend wrote “We effing did it.” Accounts teased “big news coming soon.” 4.o PGA but suddenly dumber than a box of rocks and go announcing it all over discord? Why bother even running of the roof? Why not just shout it from the roof top?? Are you SERIOUS?

But ask yourself: who benefits? A chaotic narrative of trans terrorists shifts attention from the one man who, days earlier, warned that Netanyahu’s backers were trying to control him. Does the diversion itself look like tradecraft straight from the Mossad playbook—create a noisy front, leave a patsy behind, and bury the real hand? See spot run, dick and Jane will get the ball, this has been the same playbook for how long? Yawn! EVERYONE KNOWS THIS NOW! MILLIONS! Do you know how many followers these influencers have now, whose followers are saying this stuff? MILLIONS!

Kim Iversen, Tucker Carlson, and the Dancing Shadows of 9/11

Kim Iversen pointed out the obvious holes: no rifle on video, Discord provenance disputed, optics that scream manipulation. She reminded audiences of “dancing Israelis” on 9/11, arrested for celebrating and later admitting they were there to “document the event.” Tucker Carlson echoed: Netanyahu himself said 9/11 was “good” for Israel.

Patterns emerge. Foreknowledge, narrative control, suppression of inconvenient questions. And again, the greatest beneficiary is Israel?: U.S. wars, U.S. funding, U.S. lives spent on its behalf.

The Optics: Shapiro, Netanyahu, and Narrative Capture

Four days before the shooting, Ben Shapiro mocked those questioning U.S.-Israel ties: “Big tent… many clowns.” After Kirk’s death, Shapiro declared he would “pick up that blood microphone.” Within hours, Netanyahu released statements, toured the media, and tried to lock the narrative: “Israel had nothing to do with it”. Memorials and murals appeared almost instantly.

Why the rush? Why the over-eagerness to deny before questions were even asked? In intelligence terms, that is classic preemptive narrative capture. People! CIA! Mossad! MI6! IT’S YOUR OWN FAULT! You GLORIFIED YOUR OWN WORK IN SHOWS LIKE LIONESS, SENDING YOUR TECHNICAL ADVISORS TO INSTRUCT AND MAKE SURE YOUR WORK IS REPRESENTED PROPERLY teaching producers, “No, it's more like, THIS!”. MILLIONS of viewers NO Your footprints now, what did you expect??!

Biblical and Political Betrayal: Rubio and Huckabee at the Wall

As Kirk bled, Rubio and Huckabee were planning a trip to Israel, supposedly about the bombing of Qatar against Trump’s wishes? And what do they end up doing? Praying at the Wailing Wall—a ritual NOT ordained by Torah for the remission of sins, but practiced by Jews for the atonement of sin in direct violation of the Torah and now paganized into political theater by Rubio and Huckabee who have no idea what kind of sin they are even committing because they are both blind and luke warm Christians that do not even KNOW JESUS OR THE WORD OF THE TRUE GOD OF ABRHAM< ISAAC< AND JACOB. Paul’s rebuke from Galatians rings: “Oh foolish Rubio and Huckabee, who hath bewitched you?”

The question must be asked: Has Netanyahu spat in Trump’s face: killing his political son while bombing an American ally. The message? Israel will defy Trump and humiliate him, with or without his approval. WITH IMPUNITY! HOW WEAK IS NETANYAHU MAKING TRUMP LOOK?

Cybertruck Bombings, New Orleans Truck Attack, and the Rogue State Pattern

Unexplained bombings: a Tesla Cybertruck attack, a New Orleans truck massacre—both lingering with no accountability. Patterns of covert operations, never claimed, never explained. U.S. Army Black Hawk with the call sign PAT25, intentionally crashing into the Bombardier CRJ-700 regional jet, operating as American Airlines Flight 5342Layered techniques. Were those warnings from The MIC basically controlled by Larry Fink or Mossad and the deep state? Did they have to assert their dominance when Trump first got into office to show him what kind of control they had over him and the United States to get Trump to do the 180 that he has done on his foreign policy and pledge to end all wars? Did they need to prove the point that by these acts they could control any of the United States Best soldiers anytime they wanted? Begging the Question

Put it all together:

Charlie Kirk, a man once Israel’s champion begins questioning Epstein as a Mossad agent, Gaza being a genocide, October 7th as a planned false flag by Israel.
He resists Netanyahu’s money.
He warns Trump not to bomb Iran.
Donors turn on him.
He feels “frightened,” “repulsed,” “no longer with us.”
He is killed with a precision shot under dubious evidence, by a NECK SHOT with Mossad snipers being the trade marksman of Neckshots? with contradictions and diversions galore?
Narrative control locks down instantly. What’s next Is Robinson going to get suicided or shot like Epstein or Thomas Matthew Crooks? Should people just start opening private contracting Mobile crematories so the US Government can just accommodate Israel’s killing sprees?

The question demands to be asked: Did Mossad eliminate Charlie Kirk before he became too dangerous?

The Dangerous Shift of Charlie Kirk

Yet in the months before his death, Kirk began to step off-script.

“I have a long, public record of defending Israel. Yet I’m being attacked and labeled ‘antisemitic’ for modest disagreements… I sometimes have less leeway to criticize the Israeli government than Israelis do, which I find really weird.”

These words signaled a break. Kirk had begun questioning Epstein’s possible intelligence ties to Mosaad, pushing back on Gaza narratives and questioning Genocide, TO BEN SHAPIROS BEWILDERED FACE, and warning that pro-Israel donors were trying to control him. LOOK IT UP! According to Candace Owens:

“Charlie was under a lot of pressure… He was going through a spiritual transformation. And certain actors wanted him to lose everything for changing his views.”

Days later, Kirk was dead—killed by a single precision NECK shot at Utah Valley University.

II. The Backlash: How Allies Turned on Him

Kirk described the attacks himself:

“I’ve received thousands of hostile posts and dozens of texts from pro-Israel figures calling my moral character into question. Not just my arguments—my character. It’s repulsive.”

When he hosted debates with figures like Dave Smith and Tucker Carlson, donors called him a traitor. One text read: “You’re no longer with us.” Megyn Kelly, who defended Kirk, confirmed:

“There’s a knee-jerk response to call anyone who dissents antisemitic. It’s unfair, and it undermines their cause. I won’t let people lecture me on my own show. I won’t be told what coverage I’m allowed to do.”

Where is president Trump to defend Americans from these threats from Israel? Threats against his beloved political son who sacrificed everything for Trump?

III. John Kiriakou on Mossad: Tradecraft and Ruthlessness

Former CIA officer John Kiriakou described Mossad in stark terms:

“Mossad does the close-in stuff. They killed a guy in a hotel room in Dubai, and somehow locked the door from the inside. We studied it—magnets, mechanics—we couldn’t figure it out. The hotel had to send someone in from the balcony. There were 26 people on that team. Dubai has the most CCTV coverage in the world, five stories of monitors covering every inch. They pulled it off.”

He continued:

“They got the cell numbers of every Iranian nuclear scientist. They called to threaten them. Those who didn’t fold—they killed. They wiped out entire blocks of apartments, entire families. Fourteen scientists dead. They’ll decapitate Hezbollah, blow up 300 people in southern Lebanon, commit war crimes, and they don’t care. They care only about Israel’s survival.”

Former CIA John Kiriakou recounted how Mossad allowed one of their recruited goat herders to recruit the Palestinians to breach their border wall and the elaborate steps they took to draw them in and kill them all, even their own assets?

And on U.S. relations:

“I’ve never had a positive encounter with Mossad. They try to recruit you or the guy next to you. They don’t give two sh*ts what you think. They spy on us, bug our presidents. Have we ever been able to Trust Israel or have they been like a parasite that has sucked all the blood and resources out of America for it’s own gain? Does not our own CIA Officer say they fit the profile?

IV. The Affidavit Timeline: Minute by Minute

The alleged probable cause affidavit, read aloud by Tim Pool, provides the so called official timeline. But it also reveals contradictions:

11:50 AM: Surveillance shows the suspect walking with a stiff right leg. He pauses, pulls a phone from his right pocket, puts it back. (If a 44-inch Mauser was hidden in that pant leg, how did he access the pocket without any impression outward from the rifle being seen in the images? The scope hidden as well?)
12:02 PM: Seen again walking near the Losee Center. Same limp.
12:15 PM: Enters the Losee Center through southeast doors. Ascends stairs? I sure hope the FBI has him with that stiff leg limp going up those stairs with that rifle in his pants!
12:17 PM: Climbs a wall to reach the roof. Cameras note his gait—but no rifle is seen making his ascension over the wall cumbersome with a 44 inch rifle in his pants?.
12:22 PM: Runs across the roof. “The notable limp was absent.” Was the rifle absent too? Lies prone near the edge facing the courtyard. Again—no rifle seen?
12:23 PM: Kirk is shot in the neck.
12:23–12:24 PM: Suspect stands, sprints to the northeast corner. Places a “dark-colored item” on the roof. Lowers himself off. Runs across Campus Drive carrying an “unidentified object.” Not carrying a rifle? Not limping with the same rifle stuffed back in his pants
Oh how bout the 12:22 sprint to the shooting scene with no rifle mentioned in his hands, Lies prone has 1 minute to calm his breathing, does so despite never having killed man and having no experience at assasination, runs, lays down, calms breathing, takes the shot, precise neck shot, he’s up and out of there after sprinting, ;aying down to line the shot up and boob, 150-200 yard shot with precision, done from 12:22-12:23? Good luck selling that to the Jury, you're going to need 12 doses of MK Ultra that’s for sure.
Later: Investigators find a Mauser Model 98 with scope, wrapped in a towel, in a grassy area north of Campus Drive. Cartridges engraved with memes: “Notice bulge, OwO what’s this?”, “Bella Ciao,” “If you read this you are gay LMAO.”
Evidence: Shoe print consistent with Converse at the roof’s edge. Messages allegedly from Robinson mention a towel, engravings, and outfit change. Yet Discord denies such content was on their platform.

Nowhere in this chain is the rifle actually seen on camera. The cameras captured shoelaces, logos, gaits, even his pocket movements—but never a rifle??? Why don’t you try selling snow to the eskimos before trying to sell that to the Jury that by the time this case bets to trial, as every American is going to be so well versed on the evidence.

V. The Diversion Narratives: Trans Cells and Discord Contradictions

You know it’s getting to be slim pickings for CIA and Mossad patsy ideas isnt’s it? Did Millions question their Isis patsy narratives in the Las Vegas and New Orleans false flags and that whose Shawn Ryan debacle attempting to explain that farce? Yeah that didn’t go so well did it? Too much push back on that one huh boys? Did you think, “hey we better pivot and try another group of patsies”. Hey let’s pick a group from another group that represents barely 7% of the population, because we aren’t smart enough to understand supernatural genetic manipulation anyway and how the fallen angels are manipulating mankind to push these groups further over the edge which is exactly what Satan and the fallen angels want. The CIA and Mossad don’t care because they are so smart in their own eyes they can’t see they are the ones being hunted and I’m actually trying to save all of them from much more sinister hunters but they won’t read my book, “The Republicrat- A Plea To Humanity”.

So what do they do? Almost instantly, CIA and Mossad controlled media latched onto the idea of a “trans terror cell.” Yep, doesn’t take much! We have the Patriot act that was set up after they staged 9/11, lets them use A.I and pick up any chatter on anyone who hates Charlie Kirk and Bingo! Heck, Mossad doesn’t even need to follow the Patriot act, they don’t care about our laws. They send their A.I Bots out, find the Trans cell, and how simple is it to send in some fake trans on the keyboards in the discords and take the discussions offline after a while. It’s like Butter for them according to the description from Kariakou. Hey I’m just reporting what I read. I have less than 50 followers so I’m clearly no threat, it’s the people I’m reading about that have the millions of followers. What happens?

Influencers quickly circulate stories about how ex tremely smart and expert marksman Trans and trans sympathizers with 4.0 GPA’s pull of an extremely complex assasination and then just get stupid and their Posts allegedly start circulating saying: “We effing did it.” “WE” Boss? Ok ya tipped your hat to plural now ya gotta find more patsies? That’s more work. Uhg! Another account teased: “Something big coming soon? Watch the news. Wink.” After Kirk’s death: “Another chud bites the dust.”

Commentators speculated that Robinson had been groomed by a transgender lover, manipulated into carrying out the ultimate act to gain acceptance.

But Discord itself told TMZ:

“We investigated Tyler Robinson’s account and found no evidence he planned this incident or promoted violence on Discord.” So even if Brian Davis tries to say on the stand that he meant their cell phones and not discord, do you have any Idea what kind of a field day a defense attorney is going to have with him on cross?? “Mr Davis, How long have you been on the force? How many reports have you written? You don’t know the difference between a discord chat and text messages?

Let me just explain something here and this is certainly not legal advice but I just want to explain my understanding of something very, very important. If there are any lies in that probable cause statement, not saying for certain there are, as hard as they are to believe, all the evidence and video footage hasn’t come out, but if there are, just listen to how serious this gets. Fold there’s something in good ole American Jurisprudence called The Fruit of The poisonous tree and a Franks hearing. First understand what an affiant for probable cause is.

1. What an Affidavit for Probable Cause Is

When police want to arrest someone, search, or bring charges, an officer (the affiant) swears under oath to facts in an affidavit.
That affidavit is presented to a judge or magistrate to show probable cause exists.

2. What Happens if the Affiant Lies

If the affiant knowingly includes false statements, or omits critical facts in bad faith, that’s called a Franks violation (from Franks v. Delaware, 438 U.S. 154 (1978)).

Defendants can request a Franks hearing.
If the judge finds the affiant intentionally or recklessly misled the court, the false parts are stricken.
If what’s left doesn’t establish probable cause, the warrant or affidavit collapses.

This means the search, arrest, or evidence collection based on it may be invalid.

3. Fruit of the Poisonous Tree

This doctrine comes from Wong Sun v. United States, 371 U.S. 471 (1963).

It says that if evidence is obtained illegally (through a constitutional violation), then all evidence derived from it is tainted and must be suppressed.
So, if a probable cause affidavit is built on lies, everything flowing from it — arrests, searches, seized items, confessions — could be thrown out.

4. Real-World Consequences

Lying in an affidavit can also expose the affiant to perjury charges.
It undermines the entire prosecution’s case.
Courts take this seriously, because judicial officers rely on sworn affidavits to protect citizens’ Fourth Amendment rights.

⚡ Bottom line: If an affiant is caught lying in a probable cause affidavit, then not only can the case collapse, but all downstream evidence can be suppressed as “fruit of the poisonous tree.” It becomes constitutionally toxic. Lets see how it could apply in my opinion, not legal advice.

Gaps & Concerns in the PC Affidavit

Now there IS a chance that it’s just the crappiest PC affidavit in history and the videos will magically show a rifle by the time trial comes that the police just didn’t feel like sharing with the public these last few days trying to convince us they had the right guy. If no rifle shows up in subsequent videos, not good, people, not good at all.

1. The “Rifle Down the Pants” / Limp Story

Affidavit says: The suspect walked with a stiff right leg, implying he concealed a 44-inch Mauser rifle in his pants. Yet surveillance shows him pulling a phone from his right pocket at the same time.
Problem: Physically inconsistent — if the rifle is in his pants, how could he access that pocket?
Franks risk: If the limp was exaggerated or fabricated to connect Robinson to the rifle, that’s a reckless falsehood.
Poisonous fruit: The entire “probable cause link” between Robinson and the rifle collapses → suppress rifle, casings, and maybe all subsequent charges.

2. No Visual of the Rifle on Camera

Affidavit says: Suspect crouched, laid prone, then fled. But never once describes the rifle being visible on video. Only “dark item” and “unidentified object.”
Problem: The affidavit assumes the rifle was present rather than documenting it.
Franks risk: If affiant implied they saw a rifle on video when in fact they did not, that’s a material lie.
Poisonous fruit: The towel-wrapped rifle “discovery” would lack probable cause connection → suppress rifle and engraved casings.

3. The “Dark Item” Left on the Roof

Affidavit says: Suspect “placed a dark-colored item on the rooftop.”
Problem: Item never identified, never recovered. Affidavit leaves it dangling.
Franks risk: If affiant implied the “dark item” was the rifle (to bridge the gap) but it wasn’t, that’s reckless misleading.
Poisonous fruit: Weakens the whole link tying Robinson to the shooting position.

4. The “Unidentified Object” During Escape

Affidavit says: Suspect ran carrying “an item whose identity is not clear.”
Problem: If it wasn’t the rifle, then how did the rifle end up wrapped in a towel across Campus Drive?
Franks risk: If affiant presented this as if it was the rifle when no camera confirmed it, that’s misleading.
Poisonous fruit: Rifle recovery becomes tainted.

5. Casings “Found With the Rifle”

Affidavit says: A fired casing + three unfired casings with engravings were “found with the rifle.” WITH the rifle or IN the rifle?
Problem: In a bolt-action rifle, the spent casing would usually eject onto the roof, not travel with the gun. Unless the shooter didn’t cycle the bolt. The affidavit doesn’t clarify where the fired casing was. You want to get sloppy on a PC aff in a robbery case ok fine, but in this high profile biggest assassination maybe since Martin Luther King? Davis is probably going to be looking for another job and country to live in or at a minimum, go back to learning how to right the most detailed reports possible.
Franks risk: If affiant intentionally blurred the location of the fired casing to falsely imply continuity, that’s material deception.
Poisonous fruit: Ballistic evidence may be suppressed.

6. Discord Messages vs. Discord Denial

Affidavit says: Investigators photographed messages from the roommate’s discord apparently on his phone showing Robinson talking about a rifle, towel, engravings, outfit change, etc., ON DISCORD.

“...Investigators interviewed the roommate who stated that his roommate, referring to Robinson, made a joke on Discord. Investigators asked if he would show them the messages on Discord. He openede it and showed sveral messages to investigators and allowed investigators to take photos of the screen as each message was shown by Robinson’s roommate. These photos consisted of various messages including content of messages between the phone contact named Tyler with an emoji icon and Robinson’s roommate’s device. The content of these messages included messages affiliated with the contact Tyler stating a need to retrieve a rifle from a drop point, leaving the rifle in a bush, messages related to visually watching the area where the rifle was left, and a message referring to having left the rifle wrapped in a towel. The messages also refer to engraving bullets and a mention of a scope and the rifle being unique. Messages from the contact Tyler also mentioned that he had changed outfits. Based on the evidence detailed in this statement, I believe there’s probable cause that Tyler Robinson committed the crimes of aggravated murder by shooting Charlie Kirk in a circumstance that put many around him at grave risk of death, felony discharge of a firearm, and obstruction of justice for moving and hiding the rifle believed to be used in the shooting. By submitting this affidavit, I declare under criminal penalty of the state of Utah that the foregoing is true and correct. Signed, Davis Brian.”

Problem: Discord itself has publicly denied those messages existed on their servers. The affidavit may be describing SMS/iMessage screenshots mislabeled as “Discord.” But the affidavit not only says discord. “....Investigators interviewed the roommate who stated that his roommate, referring to Robinson, made a joke on Discord. Investigators asked if he would show them the messages on Discord. He openede it and showed sveral messages to investigators..” Notice where it says “He opened it”, meaning he opened discord”??
Franks risk: If affiant knowingly misrepresented the platform to bolster digital evidence, that’s a direct falsehood. Discord publicly denies there was any evidence of this on their platform. This is a problem, and IMO, potentially a big one.
Poisonous fruit: Suppression of all chat-related evidence; without it, state loses motive + planning narrative.

7. The Limp Disappearing

Affidavit says: Limp is gone when suspect runs across roof at 12:22.
Problem: Contradicts earlier claim that limp was caused by rifle concealed in pants. If rifle was still in pants, limp should remain. If limp vanished, rifle must have been elsewhere (but not seen).
Franks risk: Affiant may be selectively narrating the limp to fit theory.
Poisonous fruit: Undermines continuity of identification → affects probable cause for arrest itself.

8. Clothing Change Narrative

Affidavit says: Messages talk about outfit change. Surveillance shows different clothes at 8:29 arrival vs. rooftop suspect at noon.
Problem: Affidavit never documents where, when, or how change occurred. Very Sloppy in such a high profile case or just plain false.
Franks risk: If affiant simply implied proof of change that cameras never caught, that’s misleading.
Poisonous fruit: Weakens ID link between Robinson and rooftop shooter. Not to mention the pointy ears on some of the photos that don’t match Robinson’s but look like A.I.

Which Could Trigger a Franks Hearing?

A Franks hearing is triggered if defense shows a substantial preliminary showing that:

The affiant included a false statement knowingly or with reckless disregard for the truth.
The false statement was necessary to the finding of probable cause.

By that standard, the most dangerous affidavit weaknesses are:

Claiming limp = rifle in pants (contradicted by phone in pocket and limp vanishing). If rifle shows up on camera hey, then this is a moot point.
Claiming rifle linked via video when it was never visually documented.
Claiming Discord evidence as fact when the platform itself denies it.
Blurring casing recovery details.

If any of those are proven lies, IMO a judge could strike them. Without them, probable cause may collapse → fruit of the poisonous tree kicks in, suppressing rifle, casings, chats, and possibly Robinson’s arrest itself.

Bottom Line:
The affidavit has enough contradictions that a skilled defense attorney could demand a Franks hearing. If the court finds the affiant lied or recklessly misled, then every piece of evidence flowing from that affidavit (rifle, casings, Discord screenshots, Robinson’s arrest) could be suppressed as constitutionally tainted. Then guess what? Why did the officer lie? Who stands to benefit?

That flatly contradicts the affidavit, which claims investigators saw Discord messages about rifles, towels, and engravings. Which is true? If Discord is right, then fabricated messages were planted to build a narrative.

And then there’s the odd Krasenstein connection: the small TikTok account of Robinson’s alleged boyfriend, with only 300 followers, was being followed by the Jewish Krasenstein brothers—two figures long rumored to have deep ties to political networks. Coincidence?

VI. Kim Iversen: “Where’s the Gun?”

Kim Iversen asked the most obvious question:

“Where’s the gun? If he carried it in, why don’t we see it? If he jumped off the roof, why don’t we see it? Why was it found in the woods, wrapped in a towel? Where’s the chain of custody?”

She pointed out:

No rifle visible on camera.
Netanyahu’s PR blitz—denying involvement, touring media, releasing memorials—looked like over-eager narrative control.

She concluded:

“The cui bono is clear. Who benefits most? Israel, or the billionaire networks aligned with it. Charlie was questioning Epstein, questioning Gaza, rejecting trips and money. He was the biggest threat on the youth circuit. And now Ben Shapiro is touring campuses in his place.”

VII. Biblical Betrayal: Rubio, Huckabee, and the Wall

As Kirk’s blood waKirk wasn’t even in the ground yet and Senator Rubio and Governor Huckabee were in Jerusalem. Instead of condemning Israel’s bombing of Qatar—a Trump ally—they were photographed praying at the Wailing Wall.

Paul’s rebuke in Galatians comes to mind: “Oh foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you?” For what is the Wailing Wall but a paganized ritual for atonement not ordained by Torah?Nowhere does the Torah condone this. People, do you not realize that God is so angry with Israel he Himself took their country away because as He has stated they are so stiff necked and hard hearted, they rebelled against Him and they no longer have anywhere to worship Gog and make atonement for their sins. They reject Jesus as the blood sacrifice for sins and try to claim that 1000 years after God allowed their temple to be destroyed where they had to sacrifice animals via blood sacrifices for their sins, They suddenly became allowed to make atonement for their sins via prayer and charity works and that God supposedly told Moses this to his face and Moses Just never wrote it down. This is now passed down through the Midrash and the talmud, but its nowhere in The Torah so Israelites aren’t even able to worship God and have relationship with God the way He originally ordered them to via their own law the Torah.
