Ok @bennyjohnson, I really hope you see this because I am so glad you posted this for all of the obvious reasons within it but this raises another question I have been trying to warn all who will listen about. If all of what you have posted below is likely true, Isn't it time that we all return to my grave concerns I have been raising about House Speaker Mike Jonson literally trying to sneak the Continuing Resolution past all of us when it contained funding for the Global Engagement Center among other things? This cannot be overlooked. I raised serious concerns about Mike Johnson in the following Post https://x.com/4TheRepublicrat/status/1876053435092750635
That was on January 5, 2025 but I raised concerns about Johnson even before that in this post back on December 31, 2024 here: https://x.com/4TheRepublicrat/status/1874304954988429502
The Global Engagement center and what USAID has been doing in blatant Mocking Bird fashion are essentially the same thing. Johnson knew this and tried to help the Dems sneak this devastatingly dangerous funding for this wicked Deep state psy-op right past all of us. @mtgreenee had her justified concerns about him for a reason. People can say what they want about her but she sniffed him out when he flipped on UKRAIN which by the way Benny, you and @TheRedactedInc are going to have to start asking about that as well and why Trump can't end that war. We can all Love our commander In Chief, but it's time the people got straight answers on why the holdup as it's well past the 24 hrs within which he said he could end that war after taking office. As far as speaker Johnson goes , please read my posts in the links above. This is unacceptable and calls for his immediate termination! I have strong concerns he is a wolf in sheep's clothing or extremely negligent at best and we just can not take the chance that was plain incompetence. He should be disqualified from being speaker. While there is massive cleanup going on, this is an issue that needs to be cleaned up as well. I'm trying to do my part but If No one can hear God's watchmen, or if the Government suppresses us in these last days, how will the people hear.
On an issue sperate from Mike Johnson, as far as what you have posted below, I can't give legal advice and everyone should consult their own attorney but IMO This mocking bird media Psy-op scheme isn't just a hatch act violation, or violation of the Smith–Mundt Modernization Act.
I want @AGPamBondi to investigate whether U.S.C. § 1961-1968 (RICO) could apply if a government agency engaged in a coordinated effort with media outlets, social media platforms, or contractors to manipulate public opinion for political gain.
RICO Requirements:
To charge RICO, prosecutors must prove:
An enterprise (a formal or informal group working together).
A pattern of racketeering activity (at least two criminal acts within 10 years).
Affecting interstate commerce (media influence, social media suppression, election interference would qualify).
How It Could Apply Here:
If USAID, the CIA, or GEC coordinated with private entities (like social media companies, NGOs, or media outlets) to censor or manipulate political narratives while using taxpayer money, that could constitute a criminal enterprise.
If multiple illegal acts (e.g., election fraud, wire fraud, obstruction of justice, coercion) were involved, that establishes a pattern of racketeering.
Punishment Under RICO:
20 years in prison per count
Seizure of assets involved in the enterprise
Civil suits from affected parties
Potential prosecution of government officials at the highest levels
2. What About Wire Fraud? (18 U.S.C. § 1343)
Yes, wire fraud is a strong possibility because government agencies would likely have transmitted funds and coordinated actions electronically (emails, digital payments, grants, etc.) to influence public perception.
Wire Fraud Requires:
A scheme to defraud
Use of electronic communications (emails, financial transactions, media manipulation)
Intent to deceive and obtain something of value
How It Could Apply Here:
If USAID, the CIA, or GEC falsified funding records, misrepresented their intent, or secretly used federal funds to push election narratives, (Hunter Biden Laptop and the 51 intel, now maybe co-defendants) that would be fraud. Which means Blinken is included.
Media grants and payments to influence political discourse would constitute misuse of public funds, making it wire fraud under federal law.
Punishment for Wire Fraud:
Up to 20 years in prison per offense
Seizure of fraudulent assets
Fines and restitution
3. Conspiracy Against Rights (18 U.S.C. § 241)
If these agencies worked together to censor political opponents or interfere with free speech, they could be charged with conspiring to deprive citizens of their constitutional rights.
How It Could Apply Here:
If the government coordinated with media outlets, social media platforms, or NGOs to suppress political speech, it could be considered a conspiracy to violate the First Amendment.
The Twitter Files revelations already exposed collusion between federal agencies and Big Tech, proving such conspiracies do happen.
Punishment:
10 years in prison per violation
If death results from the violation (e.g., election-related violence), life in prison or the death penalty
4. Misuse of Federal Funds (18 U.S.C. § 641)
If government officials used tax dollars for unauthorized purposes (like funding propaganda, election interference, or media suppression), that would be embezzlement and theft of public funds.
Penalties:
Up to 10 years in prison
Mandatory restitution
Lifetime ban from public office
5. Treason or Sedition?
If the CIA, USAID, or the GEC were engaged in an organized effort to manipulate public opinion in a way that undermines democracy, it could be considered sedition under 18 U.S.C. § 2384 (Seditious Conspiracy).
How It Could Apply Here:
If the goal was to overthrow, defraud, or undermine the U.S. electoral system, that could fall under seditious conspiracy.
The CIA is explicitly prohibited from operating domestically, so any covert influence operation against Americans is a direct violation of federal law.
Punishment:
Up to 20 years in prison
For treason-related charges (18 U.S.C. § 2381), the penalty can be death or life in prison
Conclusion: Why Aren't These Laws Being Enforced?
If this level of corruption is occurring, it is a massive criminal conspiracy involving high-ranking officials, making prosecution politically difficult. However:
Congressional investigations and lawsuits are exposing this corruption.
Whistleblowers (like those from Twitter Files) are proving that federal agencies colluded with private companies.
If a prosecutor with political independence took on the case, RICO and fraud charges would be viable.
This is far more serious than just election interference—it could qualify as a criminal enterprise engaging in fraud, conspiracy, and violations of civil rights. If evidence proves that taxpayer dollars were used for these activities, high-ranking officials could be prosecuted and imprisoned under existing federal laws. Just my opinion, not legal advice.
