This is my First Amendment opinion and should not be taken as legal advice.

As a 27 year section 1983 and Constitution scholar and a 35 year biblical scholar, I am shocked and appalled at the potential fascist and dictatorial propaganda that the @FBINewOrleans is potentially putting out to the news media which potentially discriminates against Christians and Muslims. In a Savage attack on the first amendment constitutional rights in the United States, the @FBINewOrleans and the media in the segment below try, to shoe horn common, acceptable, and protected First Amendment religious beliefs in with the latest Terror suspect from New Orleans as though his recordings are somehow indicative of radical extremists beliefs as though having such beliefs are a short leap away from being a murderous truck driving rampager that mutilates bodies.

Even assuming the recordings being displayed by the @FBINewOrleans of alleged New Orleans Terror suspect Shamsud Din Jabbar, are not deep fakes from an @FBINewOrleans and CIA that the American people no longer trust, this doesn't give the government or the news media the right to cast them in a light that recklessly discriminates against all other Christians and Muslims.

This is not legal advice. Please allow me to give the media and federal government my opinion on what I
see as their reprehensible and Reckless display  of the proscribed policy of "FAILURE TO TRAIN"  which is a constitutional violation under both Bivens and 42. U.S.C. section 1983.

First of all, Millions, and I mean Millions of Christians and Muslims in this country are constitutionally protected for having religious beliefs that certain music such as certain gangster rap songs which talk about "bitches and hoes" and murdering people, the objectification of our women and the glorification of murder goes completely against the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ and the God of the Bible, the God of Abraham Isaac and Jacob. It is constitutionally protected speech to believe that songs that glorify illicit sex goes against the teachings of Jesus Christ and the apostle Paul as well as the Quran that condemn fornication, and the number of songs that do this are too numerous to count. For the @FBINewOrleans to label such common constitutional rights and religious beliefs as extremists just shows how Reckless and untrained these agents are, revealing an unlawful "custom, practice, or policy", which is what is needed to prove liability under section 1983 and Bivens in the United States.

This is right in line with the @FBINewOrleans's targeting of certain Catholics as extremist and it is unacceptable. I cannot give legal advice and the @FBINewOrleans better sit down with a good constitutional lawyer and train their agents because if they ever come after me or any other Christians or Muslims for having similar beliefs that are perfectly legit and understandable by millions of Americans they're going to be legally shredded and sitting in a six-hour deposition so fast it'll make their head spin.

You talk about investigating his so called path to radicalization saying "That's the stuff in the coming days as far as that path to radicalization that we're really going to be digging into and making a priority". Respectfully, "In the coming days"?? Don't you think you could have done that before you seemingly purposefully left his apartment door wide open to the public and little children to wander into and gain access to explosives and contaminate all the so called evidence?

I understand that this news outlet could be structuring the segment and putting words into the @FBINewOrleans's mouth as well as the suspects mouth but let me respectfully educate the @FBINewOrleans and all government on why I and many Christians have a constitutional right, as do all the scholars I am going to mention, to believe that Satan is associated with music. Please see Ezekiel 28:13-14 as follows which many believe is a reference to satan:
"Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.
14 Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire."

The term "tabrets" in Ezekiel 28:13 is derived from the Hebrew word "toph" (תֹּף), which Strong's Concordance identifies as referring to a tambourine or timbrel—clearly musical instruments. This interpretation is supported by the linguistic context and the usage of the term elsewhere in the Bible. For example, tambourines are frequently mentioned in connection with music and celebration (e.g., Exodus 15:20, Judges 11:34).

This does not mean that all music is from Satan or that all music is bad as it certainly isn't. But we as Christians and Muslims have a legal right to believe that Musical instruments were a part of Satan when he was created to worship God and that after his fall he has used his musical talents and spiritual influence to inspire unholy sinful music that inspires illicit sex, violence, adultery and murder.

The idea that Ezekiel 28:13 refers to Satan as a being endowed with musical capacities is rooted in interpretations that see the passage as describing a dual-layered figure: the King of Tyre on the surface, and a symbolic reference to Satan beneath. These interpretations often connect Ezekiel 28 with Isaiah 14, which similarly speaks of a high and fallen figure (Lucifer in the King James Version) with musical associations, such as in Isaiah 14:11: "Your pomp and the music of your harps have been brought down to Sheol."

Scholars and Resources Supporting This View:
1. Strong's Concordance - Defines "tabrets" as tambourines, confirming musical context.
2. Matthew Henry's Commentary - Suggests a symbolic link to Satan's pre-fall glory and role.
3. Adam Clarke's Commentary - Points to music as an integral part of the passage's imagery.
4. Albert Barnes' Notes on the Bible - Highlights the luxurious and artistic symbolism, which could include music.
5. John Gill's Exposition of the Bible - Links "tabrets" and "pipes" to the beauty and artistry of the anointed cherub.
6. Dake's Annotated Reference Bible - Proposes Satan as the chief musician before his fall.
7. Jamieson-Fausset-Brown Commentary - Interprets Ezekiel 28:13 in light of heavenly splendor, including music.
8. Charles Spurgeon (sermons) - Occasionally referred to Satan's musical background in his exegesis of Ezekiel.
9. Chuck Missler - Frequently emphasized the musical role of Satan in his pre-fall state.
10. Hal Lindsey - Links Ezekiel 28 to the idea of Satan’s original role in worship.

The interpretation that passages like Ezekiel 28:12–19 and Isaiah 14:12–15 have a dual meaning—addressing both earthly kings and symbolically referring to Satan, with implications of a musical role—is shared by several other modern preachers and scholars. Here are ten individuals who have expressed views aligning with this interpretation:

1. Dr. David Jeremiah: In his teachings, Dr. Jeremiah has discussed the dual reference in these passages, suggesting that they allude to Satan's original position and possible involvement with music in heaven.

2. Again, Dr. Chuck Missler: Known for his in-depth Bible studies, Dr. Missler has interpreted Ezekiel 28 and Isaiah 14 as references to Satan's fall, mentioning the musical instruments described in these verses.

3. Dr. John MacArthur: In his expository preaching, Dr. MacArthur has touched upon the symbolism in these passages, indicating a dual reference to both earthly rulers and Satan, with implications of a musical aspect.

4. Dr. Tony Evans: Dr. Evans has referenced these scriptures in his sermons, suggesting that they point to Satan's original role, which may have included musical responsibilities.

5. Dr. Warren Wiersbe: In his "Be" series commentaries, Dr. Wiersbe has interpreted these passages as having a dual meaning, referring to both the historical kings and Satan, with a possible connection to music.

6. Dr. David Guzik: In his "Enduring Word" commentary, Dr. Guzik discusses the interpretation of these passages, noting the possible dual reference to Satan and the mention of musical instruments.

7. Dr. Michael Heiser: A scholar in biblical studies, Dr. Heiser has explored the idea that these passages refer to both earthly kings and Satan, with implications of a pre-fall role that may have involved music.

8. Dr. Ron Rhodes: In his writings on angelology, Dr. Rhodes has discussed the dual interpretation of these passages, suggesting they refer to Satan's original status and potential musical duties.

9. Dr. Mark Hitchcock: An expert in eschatology, Dr. Hitchcock has interpreted these scriptures as having a dual reference to both earthly rulers and Satan, with a possible connection to music.

10. Dr. Thomas Ice: In his theological studies, Dr. Ice has examined these passages, proposing that they refer to Satan's fall and may imply a musical component in his original role.

11. Jimmy Swaggart: Jimmy Swaggart has preached on these passages, interpreting them as references to Satan's fall and suggesting that Satan had a significant role in music in heaven.

It's important to note that interpretations of these passages vary among scholars and preachers. While some see a dual reference to earthly kings and Satan with a musical component, others interpret the texts differently. As always, studying the scriptures in their full context and consulting a range of scholarly works can provide a more comprehensive understanding. But in that understanding, let it be known that many scholars believe this and so do MILLIONS of Christians and Muslims as is their constitutional right. That does NOT make us extremists prone to terroristic acts of murder. I urge peace in all of my videos and writings as can CLEARLY be seen in my book "The Republicrat - A Plea to Humanity". Please train your officers and respect our constitutional rights.
