America stands on the edge of a moral and strategic abyss, and at the center of it is a man who should have never been allowed near the reins of national security: National Security Advisor @MikeWaltz47. For years, Waltz has portrayed himself as a tough-on-terror patriot, a decorated Green Beret with a deep understanding of war. But beneath the veneer of valor lies a history stained with the blood of U.S. service members, Afghan civilians, and the very principles of American democracy. His most recent blunder—accidentally including a journalist in a highly classified war planning Signal chat—is not just a lapse in judgment. It is the most catastrophic breach of operational security by a sitting National Security Advisor in U.S. history.

Waltz’s Legacy: War Profiteering and the Great Lie of Afghanistan
Mike Waltz is not merely incompetent—he is emblematic of a generation of political-military elites who perpetuated endless wars for profit, power, and personal legacy. His time as a military advisor in Afghanistan was cloaked in self-glorification while the truth on the ground was far more sinister. Under his watch and influence, countless young American soldiers were deployed and redeployed into a war that, according to former Congressman Curt Weldon’s bombshell revelations, was based on a lie: Bin Laden wasn’t even in Afghanistan.

As Vice Chair of the House Armed Services Committee, Weldon oversaw military intelligence operations and funded a secret Pentagon program known as Able Danger. That program had confirmed Osama bin Laden was hiding in Baluchistan, Iran as early as 2002. Yet Waltz, along with others in the war cabinet, continued to push a narrative of Taliban-Al Qaeda entanglement to justify troop surges and further bloodshed. The war in Afghanistan was not waged to find Bin Laden—it was waged to feed the beast of the Military-Industrial Complex (MIC), to justify billions in defense contracts, and to elevate men like Mike Waltz into positions of unchecked power.

The Human Cost: Blood on His Hands
More than 2,400 American service members died in Afghanistan. Over 20,000 were wounded. Thousands suffer from PTSD, traumatic brain injuries, and destroyed families. And for what? To chase a ghost across the Hindu Kush while Bin Laden lounged under IRGC protection in Iran? And word is it was the U.S. that moved Ben Laden to Iran. So, don't go punishing Iran for that if that's true.

Waltz’s continued promotion of the war—even after the truth was being whispered in secure channels and intelligence briefings—is tantamount to betrayal. He knew, or should have known, that the central justification for the war was false. Yet he marched soldiers to their graves, turned Afghan villages into drone targets, and stood by as America sank deeper into a quagmire built on lies.

Afghan Lives Matter Too
Let us not forget the tens of thousands of Afghan civilians who were slaughtered in the name of "security." Schools were bombed, wedding parties were turned into ash, and entire villages razed to the ground. Afghan soldiers, promised partnership and progress, were used as cannon fodder to support a U.S. mission that was strategically bankrupt from the start.

Waltz, as a vocal cheerleader of this failed war, must own every mutilated child, every fatherless family, every mother who held her dying son. He must own the refugee crisis, the rise of the Taliban after America’s retreat, and the shattered legacy of the longest war in U.S. history.

Now This: The Most Unimaginable Breach in U.S. Security History
Just when it seemed Waltz could sink no lower, he presided over a national security disaster so egregious it borders on the surreal. On March 15, 2025, journalist @JeffreyGoldberg, editor-in-chief of #theatlantic, received a message on #signal that he never should have seen. It was from none other than Secretary of Defense @PeteHegseth, and it included detailed U.S. war plans against #Houthis targets in Yemen.

Weapons. Timetables. Target packages. Sequencing.
Goldberg, stunned and suspicious it was a hoax, watched in horror as the bombs began falling—exactly as described in the chat. The chat, it turns out, was part of a Signal group initiated by Mike Waltz himself. Dubbed the "PC Small Group" (Principals Committee), this chat included

@VP J.D. Vance, @CIADirector John Ratcliffe, @DNIGabbard, and others.

Waltz had somehow added a journalist to the nation’s war planning group. This is not a minor error. This is gross negligence, a potential violation of the Espionage Act, and a betrayal of every operational safeguard meant to protect U.S. service members and strategic objectives.

The Fallout: Damage Control and Dismay
The National Security Council confirmed the messages were real. The White House offered no denial, only spin. They called it "deep and thoughtful policy coordination." In reality, it was an unthinkable collapse of discipline, driven by the same arrogance and carelessness that defined Waltz’s entire career.

#Goldberg chose not to publish the most sensitive details, but imagine if it had been a foreign agent, a compromised reporter, or a malicious actor instead. American lives could have been lost. Bases could have been attacked. Hostages taken. Ambushes planned.

That is the cost of Waltz’s #incompetence.

The Final Straw: Trump Must Act

President @realDonaldTrump, who has long promised to drain the swamp and hold government officials accountable, now faces a test of his own credibility. Waltz’s actions have not only endangered troops and exposed war plans, but they have also handed Trump’s critics the perfect example of administrative failure.

To keep Waltz in office is to endorse this level of recklessness. To keep Waltz is to condone the loss of American life for profit. To keep Waltz is to risk national security for the sake of optics and ego.

This is President Trump’s chance to prove he still serves the people, not the entrenched military elite. The choice is simple and urgent:

FIRE MIKE WALTZ NOW.

This Must Not Be Forgotten

We are a country built on accountability, not aristocracy. No man—no matter how many medals, no matter how many Pentagon connections, no matter how many defense contractors he pleases—is above the law or above scrutiny.

Waltz’s blood-drenched legacy in Afghanistan, coupled with this historic breach of classified information, renders him unfit to serve. He must not only be removed from office but permanently barred from holding any national security clearance again.

Every soldier who died chasing Bin Laden through Afghan mountains while he hid in Iran deserves justice. Every family who lost a loved one because of a war built on lies deserves answers. Every American who entrusts their government with their security deserves better.

There is no gray area. No excuse. No backroom pass.

Mike Waltz must go. And he must go now.
