There are several instances in Scripture where God ordained, commanded, or approved of people taking evasive measures for their safety:

Old Testament
Jacob Fleeing Esau:
Genesis 27:41-43: Rebekah warns Jacob to flee to her brother Laban’s house because Esau plans to kill him after Isaac’s death.

Moses Fleeing Pharaoh:
Exodus 2:15: After killing an Egyptian, Moses flees to Midian because Pharaoh seeks to kill him.

David Fleeing Saul:
1 Samuel 19:11-12: David escapes through a window with Michal’s help when Saul sends men to kill him. If David had not have fled and taken evasive action on several occasions after that David would not have become King.

1 Samuel 20:1: David consults Jonathan about Saul’s intent and takes evasive action.

1 Samuel 23:14: David hides in the wilderness as Saul searches for him. In fact GOD EXPECTED DAVID TO GET OUT OF THE WAY OF SAUL’S SPEAR AND TO FLEE FROM HIM.

Rahab Hiding the Spies:
Joshua 2:4-6: Rahab hides the Israelite spies sent by Joshua, enabling their safe escape from Jericho. God expected them to hide and credited it to Rahab as Righteousness!!

New Testament
Joseph and Mary Fleeing Herod:
Matthew 2:13-14: An angel warns Joseph in a dream to flee to Egypt with Mary and baby Jesus to escape Herod’s massacre.

Paul Lowered in a Basket:
Acts 9:23-25: After his conversion, Paul is lowered in a basket through a city wall to escape a plot to kill him.

Paul Fleeing to Jerusalem:
Acts 22:17-21: In a vision, God tells Paul to leave Jerusalem quickly because people will not accept his testimony.

Disciples Fleeing Persecution:
Matthew 10:23: Jesus tells His disciples, "When they persecute you in one town, flee to the next."

Jesus Avoiding Danger:
John 8:59: Jesus hides Himself and leaves the temple to avoid being stoned by an angry crowd.

John 10:39-40: Jesus escapes from the Jews who sought to arrest Him, retreating across the Jordan.

Early Christians Scattering:
Acts 8:1-4: After Stephen’s martyrdom, the early Christians scatter to different regions, spreading the gospel as they flee persecution.

Patterns in Evasive Measures
Divine Guidance: Many cases involve explicit instructions from God (e.g., Joseph’s dreams, Paul’s vision).

Human Initiative: Some instances are human decisions for survival, often with God’s tacit approval (e.g., David fleeing Saul).

Faith in Action: These evasive actions demonstrate reliance on God’s providence while taking practical steps for safety.

IT IS MY OPINION THAT IT IS NOT THE WILL OF GOD FOR @realDonaldTrump TO BE IN DC FOR THE JIMMY CARTER FUNERAL OR THE INAUGURATION AND THERE IS BIBLICAL SUPPORT FOR THAT ALSO!

“ Then the devil took him to the holy city and had him stand on the highest point of the temple.  “If you are the Son of God,” he said, “throw yourself down. For it is written: “‘He will command his angels concerning you, and they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.” Jesus answered him, “It is also written: ‘Do not put the Lord your God to the test.” Matthew 4:5-7.

Just because God may have spared Trump’s life twice, does NOT mean he should put himself AGAIN in a dangerous situation with a known credible high threat level and expect God to save him. We are COMMANDED NOT to put ourselves in dangerous situations that threaten our lives and expect the  Lord to save us. THAT is Precisely what it means to “Put the Lord To the Test”. President Elect Trump MUST NOT do that. If I were president @realDonaldTrump's spiritual advisor (Like Nathan was to David) I would advise him NOT to go to the Carter funeral, Stay out of DC, out of the air if possible, and to relocate the inauguration to an undisclosed location. I would advise him to stay out of DC for 30-60 days after inauguration until his own private teams did an in depth sweep of DC including all tunnels. We need President @realDonaldTrump ALIVE to turn this country around. Putting himself in danger, putting the Lord to the test is a violation of God’s commandments.

Legally speaking, without giving legal advice I feel It is very easy for Trump to relocate the inauguration outside of DC for his own safety and for the good of the country. Here's why:

20th Amendment:

The president-elect must take the oath of office by noon on January 20.

The location and format are not specified in the Constitution, allowing flexibility.

Authority of the President-Elect:

As the president-elect, @realDonaldTrump has limited formal powers, but as the principal subject of the event, he has significant influence over where and how it takes place.

Role of the Secret Service:

The Secret Service has authority to secure the president-elect. If credible intelligence indicates that D.C. is unsafe, the agency can recommend relocating the event. However, if the Secret Service is compromised, alternative options may need to be explored.

Steps President-Elect @realDonaldTrump Can Take
1. Hold a Private Swearing-In Ceremony
The most straightforward option is to conduct a private swearing-in at a secure location, such as a private estate, military base, or other controlled environment outside D.C.

This satisfies the constitutional requirement (oath-taking) without needing JCCIC (Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies) approval or Congressional involvement.

2. Request Assistance from the Courts
If Trump believes moving the ceremony is necessary and faces obstruction from the JCCIC or other parties, he could seek an emergency court order.

The court would evaluate the evidence of credible threats, (such as two prior assassination attempts, claims of possible suitcase nukes on U.S. soil, FBI Director Wray’s testimony of imminent terrorist attacks, Claims Of Iranian missiles smuggled across the border etc.) and the court could easily authorize the relocation of the public ceremony.

This step might not be needed for the private swearing-in, which doesn’t require Congressional or JCCIC approval.

3. Invoke Federal Emergency Powers
If credible threats involve a suspected conspiracy within federal agencies (i.e. CIA. FBI, Secret Service), Trump could work with trusted military or state authorities to implement emergency security measures.

The Secret Service, even if compromised, can be supplemented with private security contractors or especially the National Guard ( with all Guard members instructed to watch for last minute replacements and imposters).

4. Coordinate with State Leaders
Trump could coordinate with trusted governors or state officials to host the inauguration in a secure location outside D.C. The location could be a National Guard facility or other secure state site.

5. Inform the Public Strategically
To ensure transparency and legitimacy, Trump could release a public statement explaining the decision to relocate the ceremony due to credible threats, emphasizing the constitutional adherence and necessity of the move.

6. Hold a Public Ceremony Later
After the private swearing-in, Trump could hold a symbolic public inauguration ceremony in a secure location at a later date, ensuring public participation and tradition without compromising safety.

Does He Need a Court Order?
For a Private Ceremony:

No court order is needed. The constitutional requirement is only to take the oath of office by noon on January 20. A private ceremony with a judge or authorized official administering the oath is sufficient.

For Moving the Public Ceremony:

Technically, no court order is required, but if obstruction arises (e.g., JCCIC refusal or funding issues), Trump could seek judicial intervention. A federal court could authorize the move based on evidence of credible threats.

Conclusion
In a scenario where credible threats exist and trust in federal agencies or the JCCIC is compromised, Trump can:

Hold a private swearing-in ceremony at a secure location outside D.C. without approval.

Seek emergency court intervention if obstruction occurs for a public ceremony relocation.

Leverage emergency powers (preferably a heavy National Guard presence with sufficient cement barricades, drone surveillance, as well as anti-aircraft/missile defense systems) and private security to protect the inauguration process.

These steps ensure the oath is taken safely and constitutionally while mitigating risks from potential threats. Wise leaders do not take chances out of pride and ego. They obey God and take precautions like the others in the bible did for the benefit of others they must serve.

Grace, Mercy, And Peace To You All.
