A Deep-Dive Investigation and a Warning to America
By WLBJ

NOTE: The following is not legal advice, nor is it a physical threat to anyone in any way shape or form, I love all people and wish everyone peace and salvation in Jesus Christ on this earth and after Christ returns. Nor does the following make definitive conclusions as to the guilt or innocence of President Trump or others. It is intended to only compile evidence and statements as well as historical data to ask the questions raised in the title. Readers must draw their own conclusions.

I. INTRODUCTION: A PATTERN IS EMERGING, AND THE AMERICAN PEOPLE KNOW IT
Another violent attack has erupted in the shadow of the U.S. Capitol.

Two National Guard soldiers were gunned down near the White House by Rahmanullah Lakanwal — an Afghan national with a background tied to Kandahar strike units, Afghan special forces, and CIA-linked paramilitary operations. As Politico, CNN, and Lara Logan note, this shooter was not an ordinary civilian. His unit affiliation places him within the orbit of the most secretive U.S. covert programs ever operated on Afghan soil.

Within hours of the shooting, President Trump requested 500 additional National Guard troops for Washington, D.C. — despite a federal ruling that he had already violated the law by deploying Guard units in the city without proper authority. Would such a shooting if planned, give Trump grounds to circumvent the courts and get those additional troops?

And now Americans are asking the same question:
“How did this shooter get here, how was he vetted, and who knew what before the attack?”

Given:
the CIA’s documented historical record of false-flag proposals

the MK-Ultra program’s past use of hypnosis, drugs, and behavioral control

the CIA’s extensive recruitment of Afghan paramilitary partners

the shooter’s background at Firebase Gecko — one of the CIA’s core Afghan bases and recent intelligence failures under DHS-linked officials like Ratcliffe

…it is not irrational for the American public to see patterns, timing, and failures that demand a real congressional investigation.

Nobody is accusing Trump, Ratcliffe, Slotkin, or anyone else of ordering the shooting.

But when multiple failures converge, when the same agencies repeatedly fail, and when multiple prior violent incidents occurred under the same national security leadership, Congress is obligated — by law and ethics — to investigate:

Were there preventable failures?
Did intelligence know the shooter?
Was this due to negligence, incompetence, or something darker?

The public deserves answers — and both political parties should welcome the inquiry if they claim clean hands.

II. THE FIVE-POINT FRAMEWORK: WHY THIS INCIDENT DEMANDS FEDERAL INQUIRY

Below are five analytical pillars expanded into a formal investigative framework:

1. The Shooter’s Background Includes U.S.-Backed Paramilitary CIA Work

Lara Logan has reported — and Politico confirms — that the suspect:
worked alongside U.S. special forces
trained in units supported by CIA paramilitary teams

belonged to Afghan special forces elements operating from Firebase Gecko

was part of the Kandahar Strike Force, a CIA-linked unit

These are not ordinary refugees, not random immigrants. These are U.S.-integrated paramilitary assets, transported, vetted, and resettled under U.S. intelligence infrastructure.

That alone demands a congressional inquiry into:

who approved his entry
what vetting was done
what psychological or operational history he had

whether he had ongoing contact with anyone in intelligence

and whether he had been monitored (or should have been)

If any senior intelligence or DHS officials had oversight over evacuees from Kandahar Strike Force units, Congress must subpoena documentation.

This has nothing to do with conspiracy theories. This is standard oversight.

2. The Timing: The Attack Occurs Immediately Before Trump’s 500-Troop Demand
Politico’s analysis confirms:

The shooter acted in the capital, near the White House
Trump requested 500 more troops almost immediately afterward

Legal challenges already determined he had overstepped authority with prior Guard deployments

Whether one supports or opposes Trump, the political fallout is undeniable:

The attack benefits a narrative that D.C. is unstable

It creates justification for increased military presence

It occurs precisely when national tensions are high

Congress must examine:

When Trump was briefed

Who briefed him
What information he received

Whether any intelligence assessments predicted the threat

And why National Guard members were in a legally questionable deployment posture in the first place

This is oversight. Not accusation.

3. The Intelligence Failure: Ratcliffe’s Background Was Supposed to Prevent This

John Ratcliffe — former congressman, former Director of National Intelligence — is a man whose resume emphasizes:

Counterterrorism
Domestic threat assessment
Intelligence oversight

Security policy enforcement

DHS-aligned legislative warfare

As DNI, he supervised:

National Counterterrorism Center

CIA interfaces
DHS intelligence fusion

Counterintelligence threat assessments

So Congress should ask:

Why did this happen on his watch?

Why was this individual not flagged?

Where were the counterterror protocols?

Additionally, several violent events — the Cybertruck bombing, New Orleans truck attack, and the D.C. helicopter crash — unfolded under overlapping administrative or intelligence networks from his era.

Maybe not his fault personally — but part of a pattern of systemic failure under his watch.

Oversight requires clarity:
Did his teams warn about Afghan paramilitary integrations?
Were there psychological red flags in the shooter’s file?

Did any intelligence unit have prior contact with him?

Should he have been on a watchlist?

Was D.C. adequately protected?

These are not conspiracy charges. These are standard national-security review questions.

4. The CIA’s Long Historical Pattern of False Flags, Manipulation, and Covert Provocations

Here is a short list of CIA precedents :

1. Operation Northwoods (1962)
A declassified plan to stage false-flag attacks on Americans to justify war with Cuba.
YES — the CIA proposed killing Americans to start a war.

2. MK-Ultra (1950s–1973)
The CIA drugged, hypnotized, and psychologically manipulated unwitting subjects.
YES — the CIA altered people’s mental states without consent.

3. Operation Ajax (Iran 1953)
CIA overthrew a democratically elected government.
YES — via staged street violence.

4. Guatemala 1954 Coup
CIA used assassination lists and engineered regime collapse.

5. Operation Gladio (NATO-linked)
State-backed networks conducting attacks blamed on others.

6. Vietnam (Tonkin Gulf “incident,” 1964)
Manufactured or exaggerated event to justify escalation.

7. Iraq 2003 (WMD Intelligence Failures)
False intelligence leading into a disastrous war.

8. Phoenix Program (Vietnam)
Targeted assassinations, infiltration, torture under CIA direction.

9. Afghan Mujahideen 1980s
CIA funded factions later tied to extremist networks.
Khost and Kandahar Covert Missions
CIA-developed Afghan units engaged in opaque paramilitary ops.

10. FBI Parallel: COINTELPRO
Domestic infiltration and psychological disruption of political groups.

11. 1991 World Trade Center Bombing

12. And now, more people than ever suspect The CIA, FBI, and Israeli Mossad along with the Saudi government were responsible for 9/11 along with Bush and Cheney going along with the entire false flag.

I didn't even include the Las Vegas mass shooting and potentially others, like who created Al Qaeda and Isis.

The American people know this history.

It is not speculation to say:

The CIA has a documented historical pattern of covert manipulation, provocation, and psychological operations — sometimes against its own population.
Thus, when an Afghan special-operations shooter shoots soldiers at the White House, and he previously worked within CIA-adjacent units…
…the burden of proof shifts.
Maybe not legally — but morally and historically. There may even be probable cause against the CIA of criminal wrong-doing based on the above that would justify warrants or the appointment of a special counsel to investigate. Thus, morally, the burden of proof shifts to the CIA to prove they had nothing to do with it.

5. The Appearance of Impropriety Among Senators Warning Troops Not to Follow Orders

Six senators publicly warned U.S. troops:
“Do not follow unlawful orders.”

Americans noticed, I noticed and defended their rights to freedom of speech for putting out such a video.

Several of these senators have prior military, intelligence, or “national security” backgrounds.
One is former CIA (Elissa Slotkin).

They appear to be positioning themselves as defenders of constitutional order.
While legal, this raises fair oversight questions:
Do these senators have institutional intelligence ties?
Were they forewarned of escalating conditions?

Did any have prior access to the shooter or Afghan unit networks? Were they involved in a plan to make republicans or Trump LOOK BAD FOR VIOLATING THE LAW AND DISPERSING TROOPS INTO DC IN THE FIRST PLACE? MUCH LIKE THE TRUMP ADMIN AND HEGSETH WERE EMBARRASSED IN THE SIGNAL GATE SCANDAL?

Or — alternatively — are they responding to intelligence briefings indicating internal instability?

This does not mean guilt — it means inquiry.

And it highlights why bipartisan investigations are necessary:
Neither party can be trusted to investigate itself.

If GOP leaders won’t authorize hearings because it implicates Trump,
Democrats MUST — because national security demands it.

III. CIA DIRECTOR JOHN RATCLIFFE’S BACKGROUND: THE OVERSIGHT QUESTION

Here are the most relevant parts of Ratcliffe’s official biography:

Served on House Homeland Security Committee
Member of Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Protection Subcommittee
Member of House Judiciary
Former U.S. Attorney
Former Director of National Intelligence (DNI)

Duties as DNI included:
Counterterrorism analysis
Domestic threat monitoring

Foreign paramilitary vetting

Coordination with CIA on Afghan extraction

Politico confirms the shooter’s Afghan special forces background.
CNN notes that the shooting happened in D.C., under federal jurisdiction.

Given this:

Ratcliffe was one of the top people responsible for understanding risks posed by U.S.-aligned foreign paramilitary assets entering the country.
Congress must ask:

Were any internal warnings issued?

Did prior oversight failures contribute to this event?

Are Afghan special-operations refugees properly monitored?

Were psychological screenings insufficient?
Were there gaps in information-sharing between CIA, DHS, FBI, and military units?
This is not partisan.
It is national security 101.

IV. OTHER SECURITY FAILURES UNDER CURRENT NATIONAL LEADERSHIP
Las Vegas Cybertruck Bombing
This incident, involving a modified EV rigged as an explosive, revealed:

holes in domestic intelligence

gaps in monitoring online radicalization

failures to intercept escalating threat signatures

Possible use of MK Ultra on seemingly sane and outstanding military personnel.

New Orleans Truck Attack

Yet another vehicle-ramming incident with prior online red flags and Possible use of MK Ultra on seemingly sane and outstanding former military personnel.

D.C. Helicopter Crash

Unexplained, suspicious, underinvestigated — near the same region now experiencing the Guard shooting.
Each individually might be coincidence.
Collectively, they form a pattern of systemic failure.
If Trump and Ratcliffe claim expertise in national security, Americans have a right to ask:
Why do these events keep happening under your governance? They should both resign immediately!!

Where are the early-warning systems?

Where is the competence?

This does not accuse them of orchestration.
It questions whether they lost control of the intelligence apparatus — or never had it. But it DOES also beg the question of whether they were involved or had prior knowledge of it. After all, Kennedy was made aware of operation Northwoods, rejected it and ended up dead after. Was Trump made aware of this planned shooting prior to it happening?

V. MK-ULTRA AND THE POSSIBILITY OF EXPLOITATION
I am NOT claiming MK-Ultra was used. But MK-Ultra is an admitted historical fact. Therefore, the public has legitimate rights to ask:

Could ANY political actor or rogue intelligence element exploit an Afghan paramilitary asset?

Could psychological conditioning exist from prior field operations?

Could trauma, grooming, coercion, hypnosis, or manipulation be involved?

Could foreign intelligence (not only U.S.) play a role?

Are American leaders compromised in ways that prevent objective disclosure?

These are investigatory questions — not accusations.
In an era when:
9/11 warnings were ignored

Epstein was protected
USAID scandals emerged
war profiteering is documented
classified JFK files implicate intelligence failures
and the public knows Mossad conducts aggressive influence ops worldwide

…it is rational, constitutional, and democratic to demand transparency.

VI. IS THIS A FALSE FLAG? THE INVESTIGATIVE STANDARD

I am not claiming this was a false flag...for certain
I am arguing:

The CIA has a record of false-flag proposals.

The shooter’s background is CIA-integrated.
Timing benefited political agendas.
Oversight failures mirror past patterns.

A congressional investigation must determine:

**Is there negligence?

Is there incompetence?
Is there a cover-up?
Or is there something deeper?**

Congress must subpoena:

President Trump

Shooter’s service file

Afghan special-forces integration documents

CIA contractor records

DHS vetting logs

MK-Ultra research archives

Firebase Gecko operational files

Communications among DHS, CIA, FBI, WH during the event

Briefings given to senators before they issued their video

Trump’s communications requesting 500 troops

Ratcliffe’s prior Afghan intelligence assessments

This is how constitutional oversight works.

VII. BOTH POLITICAL PARTIES ARE COMPROMISED

Is it possible:

that Republican leadership failed to anticipate intelligence risks

that Democratic national-security networks exploited the event to embarrass Trump

that CIA or intelligence actors acted independently

that foreign actors sought to destabilize internal U.S. politics

or that nobody is in control of the intelligence deep state anymore

that neither party is innocent.

that neither party protects the American people.

Both parties have blood on their hands from endless wars.

Both have tolerated intelligence corruption.

Both exploit tragedy to score political points.

The American people know this.
Post-COVID, post-USAID, post-Epstein, post-JFK-files — the public is awake.

The propaganda era is over.

VIII. WHY CONGRESS MUST INVESTIGATE — NOW
A bipartisan committee must be formed immediately to investigate:

The shooter’s CIA-linked background

Vetting failures in Afghan extraction

MK-Ultra legacy programs

Communication between Trump and intelligence agencies

Ratcliffe’s counterterror assessments

The timing of the 500-troop request

Why National Guard members were exposed in a legally questionable deployment

Whether senators had intel briefings pre-incident
All CCTV, communications, and military logs
The full chain of custody of the shooter’s service records.

Democrats must lead if Republicans refuse.
Republicans must lead if Democrats stonewall.
America needs truth — not political self-protection.

IX. PROPHETIC MORAL WARNING (20%)

There comes a moment in history where the sins of nations reach their fullness. A moment when:
deception can no longer hide, secrets can no longer be buried, and intelligence agencies can no longer rule from the shadows. Political leaders can no longer pretend incompetence. God shines light on every hidden thing

Whether Trump knew or not, whether Ratcliffe knew or failed or not, whether the CIA acted or not — the truth will surface. It always does. Scripture states plainly:

“There is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed,
nor concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open.”
— Luke 8:17

And to those in power — in both parties — who use the machinery of the state for selfish ends, for political warfare, for psychological manipulation, for corruption, for bloodshed:

There are two demons coming for all murderers involved when they die. And they do not come with mercy. They will be there to greet you when you die and take you down to the sulfur stenched burning depth of hell where you will weep and wail for eternity if you do not repent and come clean as a whistleblower.

If leaders refuse repentance,
if they refuse transparency,
if they continue to treat American lives as expendable,
they will answer to more than congressional subpoenas.
They will answer to the Judge of all the earth, God the Father and The Lord Jesus Christ.

The window is closing.
Time is almost up.
Truth is coming — whether they want it or not.

X. CONCLUSION
This is not just about Trump.
Not about just Ratcliffe.
Not just about Slotkin.
Not about Republicans or Democrats.

It is about: accountability, transparency, and national survival.

The American public has every constitutional right to demand:
Oversight
Transparency
Investigation
Truth

Because in a world of covert operations, intelligence failures, and political gamesmanship,
silence is complicity. This is why it is very troubling that President Trump has not commented on the alleged threat on Candace Owen's life allegedly by an international assassin ring that was allegedly given clearance by someone[s] in the United States Government. If Trump wasn't aware, he must speak out and say so to avoid the appearance of impropriety. He has already remained silent for a worrisome amount of time.

Congress must launch a full inquiry now. And if leaders cannot withstand that scrutiny,
they have no business governing a free people.

May The Grace, Mercy, And Peace Of The Lord Jesus Christ Be With You All.

In His Love,
