This article is not legal advice, nor does it make definitive assertions. It compiles public statements, media reports, affidavits, and commentary to raise questions about whether the totality of the evidence surrounding the TikTok sale and the activities of former CIA-affiliated influencers points toward deeper forces at play—including the possibility of coordinated foreign intelligence operations. It asks whether U.S. leaders, including President Trump and Congress, must defend against foreign intelligence operations that use layered tradecraft, grooming of assets, or “Mockingbird”-style conditioning. The reader must judge for themselves.
AUTHOR’S NOTE:
I preface this article with the statement that this article is by no means an attack on President Donald Trump. I voted for Donald Trump. While I am very saddened with some of the decisions he has seemingly made and the direction he seems to be leading this country, i.e. towards war, being one of them, I am not entirely sure he is making these decisions free from duress and coercion. In short, I allot for the fact that he could be being blackmailed, threatened, Under the influence of MK-Ultra or the like.
It is my strong belief that no matter the amount of disagreement with policy decisions, I believe in respecting the commander in chief at all times. God, The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and the Father our Lord Jesus Christ, is a God of rank and order who has established all authority. Romans 13:1. For these reasons president Trump needs to be respected and earnestly prayed for regarding our concerns. For example, while I am deeply concerned our country is heading towards war and that President Trump has not heeded my biblical warnings about why he must not turn Gaza into a Riviera style resort against God’s prophesied wishes for Gaza, Zephaniah 2:4, I remained equally outraged at the thought that someone could have tried to sabotage the escalator and the teleprompter at the U.N. The thought that the president and the first lady could have been hurt or that he may have been disrespected to the point of sabotaging the teleprompter is an outrage and unacceptable and I hope they get to the bottom of that and find the person responsible.
ARTICLE
I. Ana Kasparian’s Warning: U.S. Money and Foreign Influence
In September 2025, journalist Ana Kasparian posted on X:
“Cool. So, since Israel has enough cash to burn on mindless internet hacks who’ll happily debase themselves for a genocidal terror state…can American taxpayers stop funding their genocide in Gaza? …Or invasions into Lebanon? Or the bombs they’ve used to strike Iran, Iraq, Syria, Tunisia, Yemen, Qatar…Critics of Israel focus on Gaza because we’re Americans are forced to FUND it. Israel has received the most foreign aid of any country. The second is Egypt, which we have to bribe to keep the peace with Israel. I think using OUR money on helping AMERICANS is more important than freeing up cash for Israel’s next round of Hasbara influencers.”
Her tweet captured a growing public perception that U.S. taxpayers’ money is underwriting both kinetic operations and sophisticated information operations. That perception becomes more acute when paired with recent claims about the forced sale of TikTok to Israeli-aligned billionaires.
II. WikiLeaks’ TikTok Thread: An “Israelified” Algorithm?
On September 25, 2025, WikiLeaks posted:
“Israeli-Aligned Billionaires Seize TikTok in Battle for U.S. Narrative Control … The new ownership led by Larry Ellison – the largest individual donor to the IDF – will take control of U.S. user data and the algorithm which the White House says will be ‘retrained’ … Even before the forced sale is finalised, censorship of TikTok content critical of Israel, including of the deal itself, has reached extreme levels as the platform moves to align with its prospective new owners.”
WikiLeaks alleged that Ellison already controls CBS, Paramount, MTV, Comedy Central, Showtime, Nickelodeon, Channel 10 in Australia and Channel 5 in the UK, with Warner Bros. Discovery pending. They further claimed:
“The U.S. still has over three years of Trump left. Israeli-aligned Jewish billionaires control OpenAI, Google, Meta/Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp, Palantir, CBS, HBO, and most of Conde Nast (Reddit, Vogue, The New Yorker, Wired, GQ, Vanity Fair) as well as numerous Hollywood studios, regional papers and radio stations.”
Whether one accepts every assertion, the pattern described—a consolidation of digital platforms under individuals with close ties to Israel—makes the TikTok acquisition qualitatively different from a normal market transaction.
III. Netanyahu’s “Victory” Statement: From Praise to Proof of Control?
Prime Minister Netanyahu has not been shy about celebrating TikTok as a strategic win for Israel. He has publicly described Israel’s “biggest victory” as “getting TikTok.” But even more revealing was his September 26th briefing to American influencers, reported by http://Disclose.tv:
“Weapons change over time... the most important ones are the social media,” Netanyahu said. “The most important purchase that is going on right now is TikTok... I hope it goes through because it can be consequential.”
He added that X (formerly Twitter) is also crucial, and emphasized:
“Elon Musk is not an enemy, he’s a friend. We should talk to him.”
These are not throwaway comments. They are explicit admissions that Netanyahu views control of social media platforms as equivalent to control of weapons — tools to be wielded in pursuit of Israel’s geopolitical goals. When the head of a foreign government describes TikTok as a “purchase” and a “weapon” for securing political support, the question arises: is TikTok’s U.S. arm operating under “direction or control” of a foreign principal?
Again this was not mere boasting—it was an acknowledgment of the strategic use of social media as a weapon and an admission that TikTok’s acquisition was being treated as a national project for Israel. That makes Netanyahu’s statements evidence of coordination, not just praise.
Under FARA (22 U.S.C. § 611 et seq.), the DOJ can compel registration when an entity or person “acts at the order, request, or under the direction or control” of a foreign principal in activities intended to influence U.S. public opinion or policy. Netanyahu’s language—“the most important purchase” and “most important weapon”—can reasonably be read not as idle boasting but as an admission of strategic direction. If so, TikTok’s U.S. operations could fall squarely within FARA’s scope, raising urgent questions of compliance and national sovereignty.
Remember when House Oversight Chair @JamesComer specifically threatened subpoena actions over “DOJ’s failure to enforce FARA compliance with certain entities, including … TikTok.” You can read about that here: Comer Opens Probe into DOJ’s Failure to Enforce FARA Requirements - United States House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform
Well he needs to hold Israel to the same standard he held the PRC to or any foreign nation.
IV. RICO, Bivens, and § 1983: From Private Action to State Action
Under RICO (18 U.S.C. § 1962), a private financier (Ellison), a sitting president (Trump) and a foreign head of state (Netanyahu) could be co-conspirators in a racketeering scheme if they jointly arranged a transaction intended to violate U.S. laws protecting citizens’ constitutional rights.
There is case law to support parts of this theory:
United States v. Angelilli (2d Cir. 1981) — RICO applied to public and private actors in concert.
United States v. Cianci (1st Cir. 2004) — RICO conviction of a mayor and private parties for an extortion scheme.
Lugar v. Edmondson Oil Co. (457 U.S. 922 (1982)) — a private party jointly engaged with state actors can be treated as acting “under color of law” for § 1983.
Dennis v. Sparks (449 U.S. 24 (1980)) — private parties conspiring with a judge subject to § 1983 liability.
These same legal doctrines may also apply in a Bivens action against federal officials or other applicable statutes i.e Federal Tort Claims Act etc. If Ellison and Netanyahu knowingly joined with U.S. officials to manipulate public discourse or abridge constitutional rights through TikTok, a plausible legal theory exists to treat their acts as “state action” under Bivens/§ 1983 and racketeering under RICO.
V. The CIA Charter, the Intelligence Oversight Act, and Mockingbird 2.0
The CIA’s statutory charter prohibits domestic operations. The Intelligence Oversight Act of 1980 (50 U.S.C. § 3093) requires the executive branch to notify congressional intelligence committees of covert actions. The Intelligence Identities Protection Act of 1982 (50 U.S.C. §§ 3121–3128) criminalizes unauthorized disclosure of covert agents’ identities.
Former CIA contractors such as Sarah Adams, David Rutherford, and Shawn Ryan now run high-profile podcasts or appear as national-security commentators. Adams has publicly said she can “locate anyone in the world.” I posted directly under her X threads commenting on the recent meeting with the 800 generals when she suggested they meet via secure internet connection instead of in person letting our enemies know where they would all be in one meeting. While I understand that type of concern from a novice, I responded:
“Like you don't know VTCs can be hacked. The decision to announce could be like many of your posts, bait, distraction, testing reactions, or potentially untrue.”
And:
“Maybe we don't repost this and get it FURTHER OUT THERE ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR AN ASSET OF THE MOST CORRUPT MURDEROUS FALSE FLAG PLANNING AGENCY ON PLANET EARTH!”
Soon after, Rutherford posted:
“ BREAKING: Pennsylvania cities are a focus of an upcoming terrorist attack, according to Sarah Adams. She details how cities can start to prepare and train local law enforcement to handle a large terrorist attack.”
To me, the timing looked not just suspicious but retaliatory as I live in Pennsylvania. Why? Because I have strong concerns like millions of other Americans that the CIA and Mossad created groups like Al Qaeda and allegedly use them or members from them to carry out their proxy wars and false flags. Furthermore, Pennsylvania seems like one of the lesser likely targets for these groups. It just seems like whenever the government needs a distraction, all of a sudden here come the psyop CIA podcast episodes peddling terroristic fears, herding the masses like mockingbird sheepdogs for the Rogue CIA and Mossad. Netanyahu has already openly stated that “The United States is something that can be easily maneuvered” and that he can maneuver the United States as he maneuvered Clinton. Please, just take a listen here: https://x.com/GUnderground_TV/status/1972607937874211081
Max Blumenthal has stated the Trump is afraid for his life from an Israeli-Mossad assassination and isn’t it plausible that every time Trump gets a little stubborn and hesitant to do Netanyahu’s bidding that he could use Rogue CIA influencers to spread their terror threat propaganda as a warning and if need be actually send out one of their assets to prove the point?
Does anyone know whether Netanyahu made a threat and declared war against America First MAGA Patriots? @ElijahSchaffer reports that he did here: https://x.com/ElijahSchaffer/status/1972409819018711505
Netanyahu also declared war against Christian Influencers as seen here: https://x.com/CinemaShogun/status/1972435567045718300. Alex Jones was equally shocked about this which is also an assault on our 1st amendment rights as seen here: https://x.com/RealAlexJones/status/1972730500469977389
Is anyone questioning whether the recent attack on the Church of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints (LDS) was a veteran under the influence of an MK Ultra-like substance? Has anyone listened to James Martines speak about the capabilities of MK-Ultra in a recent episode of @TheRedactedInc seen here? "This is an EXTINCTION LEVEL EVENT" CIA MKULTRA Whistleblower James Martinez is sounding the alarm - YouTube
That LDS church attack came just 1 day after Netanyahu allegedly made these threats against Christian influencers and MAGA America First Patriots!
Furthermore, If former CIA contractors or former CIA personnel are using their platforms to run “Mockingbird”-style information operations without congressional notification, that could implicate the Intelligence Oversight Act. If they fail to disclose covert identities or use covert status while operating domestically, that could implicate the Identities Protection Act.
Multiple publicly available sources — including mainstream think tanks, academic theses, and congressional press releases — show that U.S. policy has repeatedly intersected with Islamist groups that later became enemies. As Brookings itself wrote in “How the United States Enabled al-Qaeda”, Washington helped support the Afghan mujahideen (including Osama bin Laden’s network) during the 1980s to bleed the Soviet Union in Afghanistan. The Buffalo State thesis “Whose Monster? A Study in the Rise to Power of al Qaeda and the Taliban” likewise traces how covert and overt U.S. backing of militant factions against the Soviets helped seed the infrastructure that evolved into al-Qaeda and the Taliban.
That dynamic did not end with the Cold War. Today, as Congressman Mast’s “No Tax Dollars for Taliban” bill notes, the Biden Administration has allowed millions of U.S. taxpayer dollars to flow into Afghanistan under Taliban rule. Because the Taliban and al-Qaeda maintain a long-standing alliance — the Taliban hosting al-Qaeda training camps, safe houses, and infrastructure — these funds effectively subsidize al-Qaeda’s presence. Even Google’s own AI summary of public reporting acknowledges: “The Taliban are not Al-Qaeda, but they are a distinct Afghan political and militant movement that has a long-standing alliance with Al-Qaeda … Since retaking control of Afghanistan in 2021, the Taliban have consistently provided safe harbor to Al-Qaeda.”
This pattern — using militant groups as proxies and then funding or tolerating them after they become entrenched — raises hard questions about the ecosystem of “influencers” and contractors who emerged under the Bush/Cheney “War on Terror” apparatus and continued under the Obama/Biden years. Are some of these high-profile former CIA figures and private security contractors now running psychological operations for Israel or other bidders, using the same tradecraft honed during covert wars? Is a “rogue CIA/private army” regime using podcasts, social media, and narrative shaping in the same way it once used proxies abroad — now turned inward against the American public?
If so, this is not simply bad policy; it may be a violation of the CIA Charter’s ban on domestic operations, the Intelligence Oversight Act’s notification requirements, the Foreign Agents Registration Act, and even racketeering laws. It could also mean U.S. taxpayers are again — knowingly or not — underwriting networks that funnel money, influence, and information operations back into al-Qaeda–aligned groups and foreign intelligence agendas. This is why an immediate, independent congressional investigation into the nexus of former CIA podcasters, Israeli-aligned billionaires, and social-media platform control is no longer optional but essential.
VI. FARA, Mockingbird, and “Foreign Agents”
Under FARA, U.S. persons paid to promote a foreign government’s messaging online must register as foreign agents. If Israel is paying influencers $7,000 a month to push narratives, and those influencers do not register, that is a clear FARA violation. When I first started writing this I wasn’t aware those influencers were registered as foreign agents but wouldn’t you know, it appears Israel registered them under a $900,000 media campaign which proves my point. You can read about it here: https://x.com/nick_clevelands/status/1973143098038669598
“Larry Ellison and all those influencers being paid $7000 are unauthorized agents as they were not disclosed.”
So is Ellison registered as a Foreign agent? He has clearly bought TikTok for Israel’s media campaign. Combine that with the Politico 2019 StingRay story alleging Israeli cell-site simulators near the White House and you get a pattern: Israeli-linked influence and surveillance operations targeting Americans, with U.S. agencies turning a blind eye. While not seen as “treason” in the constitutional sense (Israel is not designated an enemy), could covering it up be misprision of a felony, obstruction of justice, or a violation of officials’ oversight duties?
VII. Constitutional Rights and National Security
If our government and members of congress have “sold out to Israel,” then Americans’ constitutional rights—including freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and the right not to be ruled by a foreign power—are being violated. This is not just a national-security issue but a sovereignty issue: a “foreign government” controlling the algorithms that shape U.S. political discourse and if possibly coordinating with former CIA personnel to run psychological operations at home, shouldn’t that be investigated at the highest level?
VIII. Biblical Framing: Jezebelian Witchcraft and National Deception
In Galatians 3:1, Paul asks: “O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you?” Today the same question echoes over America: “O foolish Americans, who hath bewitched you?”
Many think of witchcraft only as potions or spells, but in biblical reality it is far broader. Witchcraft operates through domination, intimidation, and manipulation—the subtle arts of controlling people and nations. This is the spirit embodied by Jezebel, the ancient queen whose weapon was not just idolatry but her unmatched cunning to deceive, seduce, and maneuver. She was the queen of manipulation, the one who could bend kings, prophets, and nations to her will.
The Jezebel spirit is a witch and bad enough in a female, but much worse in a male who wields witchcraft, he is called a warlock. In this light, Netanyahu represents a warlock and the worst form of Jezebelian witchcraft. Through manipulation of media, politicians, and public opinion, he has bewitched not only his own country of Israel but also America’s leaders, bending U.S. policy into a tool for his own agenda. And just as Jezebel’s schemes led Israel into destruction, so too this spirit of manipulation threatens to lead America into bondage and his policies will eventually lead to the destruction of Israel.
Scripture warns us through examples like Manasseh’s child sacrifices (2 Kings 21)—a type of government sacrificing innocents for political gain—and Revelation 18, where merchants grow rich through sorceries, while nations are deceived by them. These passages remind us that witchcraft is not merely an occult ritual but the corruption of power itself: the use of deceit and domination to enslave.
Thus, the biblical framing reveals that America’s constitutional protections—our inheritance of biblical justice—are being undermined not only by foreign entanglements and covert operations, but by a deeper spiritual battle: the Jezebelian manipulation that bewitched ancient Israel now seeks to bewitch America.
IX. Why Congress Must Investigate
I implore the public and congressional investigative committees to watch retired Colonel Roxanne Towner Watkins discuss the CIA’s playbook here: Charlie Kirk Assassination: Colonel Watkins Drops Bombshells on CIA Playbook | Redacted News
There is a growing number of people asking the question, “Ever wonder why Al Qaeda and Isis have never attacked Israel?” They say “It’s because they were founded by the CIA and MOSSAD to create chaos, overthrow governments in the Middle East, and give the USA a common enemy to fight for Greater Israel.” You can see a post about it here from @TheRISEofROD who has 320,000 followers that include: https://x.com/TheRISEofROD/status/1886957901417197976
Pulling all of this together:
A forced sale of TikTok to an Israeli-aligned billionaire who is the IDF’s largest donor.
Public boasting by a foreign head of state about “victory” in obtaining TikTok, implying control over U.S. user data and algorithms.
Allegations of censorship of content critical of Israel even before the sale is finalized.
Former CIA contractors using podcasts and social media to warn of attacks in ways that look to some like psychological operations, not public service.
Statutes already on the books—FARA, the CIA Charter, the Intelligence Oversight Act, the Intelligence Identities Protection Act—that are supposed to prevent exactly this kind of covert manipulation of Americans.
These factors together justify an immediate congressional investigation into:
Whether the TikTok deal violates RICO and FARA by constituting a joint action between U.S. officials, private financiers, and a foreign government to manipulate Americans.
Whether former CIA podcasters and influencers are acting as undisclosed agents of foreign or domestic intelligence services in violation of the CIA Charter and oversight laws;
Whether Americans’ constitutional rights are being violated by covert psychological operations and foreign-directed censorship of social platforms.
Finally, there is a long list of experts Like Professor Jeffry Sachs, and former CIA members who say the Mossad runs America through the CIA which is why I am concerned about these former CIA Influencers as perhaps being not so former at all. If you want to watch some of the most shocking testimony against Netanyahu and Israeli Mossad and the CIA and the FBI I have saved the best testimony and the most shocking video of all for last. Just watch this video by @tpvsean entitled “Netanyahu Had Foreknowledge of Charlie Kirk Assassination: 'Lapel Mics Hacked To Explode' and prepare to be shocked to the core: https://x.com/tpvsean/status/1973070155258142792
X. Conclusion
This is not a partisan issue. As Ana Kasparian noted, Americans are “forced to fund” foreign operations. WikiLeaks claims Israeli-aligned billionaires are “seizing TikTok” to “retrain” its algorithm. Former CIA contractors publicly warn of imminent attacks in critics’ states. Prime Minister Netanyahu calls “getting TikTok” his “biggest victory.”
Under FARA, RICO, § 1983, Bivens, the Intelligence Oversight Act, and the Intelligence Identities Protection Act, Congress already has the tools to investigate and, if necessary, prosecute. What is missing is political will. Without oversight, Americans risk losing not only their data but their sovereignty.
